I'm really struggling with my anxiety at the moment, not sure why but I had an episode after joining a work meeting on Thursday.  Nothing was said, so not sure why it would trigger anything.  Felt bad again last night.  I'm fed up with this!

I did take the kids out yesterday to a trampoline park, and today we are heading to the seaside for a bit of sea swimming.  That will do me the world of good!

Anxiety is horrible to deal with. Sea air is an excellent cure all….if it worked for Victorian and Edwardian ladies, it should still work for the rest of us 😅

It definitely helps my hysteria :D  I often watch ocean/wave videos to try and calm myself down.

I'm finally caught up on your diary . Bathroom sounds fab, hopefully the toilet is behaving now.  Sorry your struggling a bit at the moment. Work will be giving you anxiety even if the restructure is currently in a different part of the team. I found the anticipation of something is going to happen but I don't know when as bad as the it's actually happening to me now part.
Thank you :)  The toilet is working perfectly now thank goodness!  I think it must have been the toilet roll and we'd never managed to fully clear the blockage.

The work thing is horrible,  I flit between thinking I should leave, and just wanting to stay, worrying about finding another job if I have to, and then if I stay, working with new senior managers who although nice enough, my current experience hasn't been particularly positive.  Then of course there's the loss of hugely valued colleagues who we've worked with for years!

I hope all is well with your new job.

Today was great, and well needed.  We went to the seaside and had a lovely refreshing swim.  The kids were in there for ages!  Then we went to a maize maze which was good fun, and then coming home it was lovely to drive through the woodland even if we didn't stop.  Virtual forest bathing :D
