Well done on all the house progress. You are making huge strides.
I do the ad-free duo version. I don't have patience for ads. It's also a waste of my time. I wish I'd done the half price year version now though. I will threaten to cancel after my holiday and see if they then give me a better offer.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

I've signed up for the 2 week trial this morning, so that will cover me throughout my time off. The ads are very intrusive and annoying when I'm on a roll! If I enjoy it I might consider, but that's a good idea about waiting for an offer. I'll cancel after the trial ends and see if they offer me anything. If not, I'll wait for a bit. I've booked us in for swimming this morning, so we'll be off shortly for that. I'm sure it will do me good as I'm feeling a bit grotty this morning which is mostly anxiety I think. I'm looking forward to a good rest this couple of weeks. I do want to do a bit of decluttering, sorting, cleaning and bits in the house. I want to go out and about with the kids as well. I want to do lots of reading and chilling! Make use of my duo free trial. There will be some visiting friends and family as well, and definitely some beach time somewhere in there! It sounds a fair amount, but there's no schedule and no pressure, so we'll just take every day as it comes and do what we fancy!

It's my ideal holiday plan, but something usually suckers it. Hopefully not this time! "Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee2
