    Yes, that's true it's no dogs.  Some of the rules around vehicles are bizarre.  We've had the same with our camper van, sometimes they charge the car rate, sometimes the van rate.  There's no consistency.
    We are ok with paying the van rate but they wanted to charge the rate for the big vans like the ones charities use for furniture collection and delivery.
