Well done on speaking up, I was once described by a male colleague as forthright and opinionated,he was trying to intimidate me after i spoke up about something. After that comment he really did see me forthright and opinionated and funnily enough he backed down. The man was a bully who picked on the wrong person.
Glad you had a good day selling at the car boot, fingers crossed you get rid of some more bits today.3 -
Well done on yesterdays car boot and good luck for todays. I wish we could do one but the only one near is on really rough ground that will tax the cars suspension not to mention my balance and walking. It is so so dangerous they have warning and disclaimer signs.

Thank youThere's one on a sports field which probably isn't ridiculously far to travel if you were so inclined.

Another productive day
We did the second boot sale and got rid of another bike. So that's the bulky stuff we had all gone
Today DH had added 2 banana boxes full of items which by the time we left, we had managed to get what was left in one. Lots of little bits gone as well.
I bagged up the kids books and soft toys that were left, and they are ready if the school asks for donations for the summer fayre. We don't actually have a lot of car boot stuff left! I said to DH that if we sort out a bit more (hint hint) then we can do another one at a village fete that we like to go to, and then that will be it for the year. The kids were very pleased with their cash, so hopefully that will encourage them to sort out a bit more before the next one.
I did buy four books today.
I've also packed two ebay items which were the kids stuff, and prepped several parcels for items DH is selling today. So that's a nice decluttering weekend. That’s such a successful and lucrative weekend, well done family jwil! How lovely to make money and clear space all in one go.Forthright and opinionated is hilarious @pennywisepoundstupid.
