I didn’t win either 😖
I’m ok with calorie counting, but I do have form for struggling to find something for 300 calories for tea/dinner, because I ate too much earlier in the day. I think I need to plan out a whole day of calories right at the beginning, like your meal plans, instead of winging it.Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien

Sorry about the PBs. Very frustrating."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee1 -
Hot dog was definitely not enjoyable so it feels like a waste. I've also eaten more chocolate than planned as a result of it not being satisfying. I will probably try and so something else if he buys them again. It's difficult when there are 3 fussy/limited eaters here, and me who would eat a wider range of foods, but doesn't want to wind up cooking separately for me! I do try and tweak where I can, so I can have part of what they are having and making it more interesting for me.
I need to get on and do my meal plan and shopping.

I know the feeling of making multiple meals. Sometimes when dd was little I was making 3 seperate meals. Now it is down to 2 as much of what MR LH eats is not for someone trying to lose weight.

I signed up to Linkedin again so that I can perhaps use it as a tool if needed for job hunting in the future. I don't really understand it to be honest, and the etiquette of using it and making connections. I have my FB account locked down very tightly and only add people I 'know' whether that be in person or virtually, so I'm not used to having something public. I'm sure I'll get used to it once I've had a good look around.
I feel like I've got another cold/cough, which is so frustrating! We're not entirely over the last ones yet! Feeling grotty is not helping my motivation to eat well.
Today's plan:
Breakfast - strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, greek yog, hot cross bun (the last!)
Lunch - not sure yet
Dinner - Chicken stir fry with Chinese veg, black bean sauce and noodles
Last day today then a week off. Marvellous!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee5 -
I am the same with making meals. There are just 2 of us, but I end up eating what MrWW wants because I can’t be bothered to make 2 meals. I know batch cooking could solve this if I could just sort myself out!
I hope you feel better soon.
