It sounds like you need to gently remind your GP that they shouldn't be failing to investigate symptoms and just putting it down to weight, and ask that you're referred for the knee issue? Until it's looked at properly - and with the best will in the world, your GP might be excellent on all other counts but still be fatphobic, and also not be an expert in Osteopathy - you can't know whether to exercise it or rest it, what sort of exercise to do if the former, and what physio might help if the latter! You are entitled to good care and thoroughness regardless of whether they consider you "overweight" or not - a good test is often to simply ask yourself whether you would be happy with the same reaction if you were in a smaller body size - if not, then it probably needs in the first instance some gentle insistence that their feedback isn't good enough.
I'm deeply impressed with anyone who can get to cashout on YG - I've done it about three times in about as long as I've been active on here. Every time I swear that's it, I'm out, and every time I get suckered in by the little rush of super quick 50 point surveys you get immediately after cashing out...🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

Thank youSwimming's difficult as the times I'd normally go it's closed for lessons. Not sure I'd go to the gym. I could try my mini cycle though thank you.

It always takes me around 2 years to get to cashout on You gov. It's always such a long time, but then it's very nice having a big cashout like that!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do".
