So thinking about stocking up, it's not just the invasion cupboard. I also need to spend (sensible amounts!) on a couple of new bras, tights and walking shoes. The latter have done sterling service but now have holes and let in water. I also need more foundation, skin products, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion. I'm going to see what offers are available as little of this is essential to life but is to a life well lived. Bras have broken or mangled hooks and I think the last time I was measured, the results were wrong. Feet need looking after regardless but especially for current or recovered diabetics. Can you tell I'm feeling slightly guilty at the prospect of spending money on myself?! Onwards and upwards love Humdinger xx8

I got a 3 pack of nice bras from m&s recently. They worked out at very good value in a multipack. Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien

At my most precarious financial point, I thought seriously about stealing a loo roll from work! (I didn't do it). What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?3

That's a job I need to do, go and get measured! Hate buying them as they're so expensive for what the are! Must be the amount of metal work to keep 'the gals' supported!

I am going to see if I can book an M and S measuring appointment for Tuesday @redofromstart! Thanks for checking in on me; while I'm out I may well see what other essentials I can see. Onwards and upwards love Humdinger xx

It’s so surprising when you get properly measured for a bra. I thought I was 36C but turned out I was 32D. I was also told I’d lost the top bit so could no longer wear balconette styles 😬
