Funnily, I thought I felt social pressure to drink and that is right, but the last 2 days I have been by myself and I found myself wanting a glass of wine in the evening.

Lovely to hear from @Honey_Bear, and lots of people doing really well in July. I've neglected reading the thread and as @satchmo said reading and contributing helps to keep me a little bit on track too.

3/20 for me today, which is an achievement in itself.

Today was my late sister's birthday, she would have been 72 = she died at 43. My other sister and I went for lunch at a restaurant called The Left Bank. It was pleasant enough, but the menu was definitely more Italian than French!

We have wonderful memories of a family trip to Paris where we planned to surprise a brother. Four of us were sitting in a side=street cafe the evening before the planned surprise. Who walked past and saw us? Bro... we all tried to duck, but it was too late. 

Anyway, this afternoon we thought about sharing a glass of wine, but there wasn't any French wine on the winelist, so we didn't bother.
