Cathybird thank you for another month of scoring so brilliantly.  I am finishing July on 11 and will aim for a target of 14 again in August.

Hi all, new month and a sunny-ish start.  Reached the 200 emoji, should reach 250 end of September (Menorca on the horizon again!) so 350 for this year is do-able.

I failed miserably in July, and was so ashamed I stayed off this thread - bad idea, as this thread keeps me accountable and therefore makes me at least hesitate before drinking.

I had a small glass of wine yesterday. 
I live with a drinker but whenever I go away I go AF and look forward to it. My housemate is away until Thursday so easier to begin AF.

All welcome here @doingitanyway.😊 It is hard when others are drinking around you. I think they take it as personal criticism. You either need to give your genuine reasons (mine is definitely empty calories) or, if it's easier, an excuse. Good luck. 😊
