@sugarbaby125 thanks for the hint of chicken and potato curry. That's a good use up of left overs.
Hope that the new meds work in your favour without the side effects.
You get to see many shows - that has to be an upside of living in a city and so cost effectively too.

Hello Ladies,
Thank you 2 Scratters.
I am taking a few days off going to the cinema and theatre and staying at home to get on top of the housework, the laundry and most of all for some real rest and relaxation.4 -
I decided to see how my weight loss was going and, wouldn't you know it, the scales wouldn't work. Everyone has had a go at removing the battery cover and it just won't move so new scales ordered.
I really must try and get this house in order. If only Himself would let me actually do something!Have adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.5 -
Hello Ladies,
Toni's Friend, they all eventually just stop working. It is good that you have ordered new bathroom scales.
My bathroom scales gave up last year. I bought a new electronic one from eBay for only £14.99 and a week later the price had increased by £10! They are super accurate and even weigh as little as a quarter of a pound.4 -
@sugarbaby125 what bathroom scales did you buy? Ours are the Salter electronic ones with the big numbers and I think they are starting to give up the ghost.Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £26,322.673

Well that is me sorted with a full outfit ready for a wedding we are going to in May this year. Bought a dress earlier in the year and found a cardigan/bolero from same shop a bit later. I have a pair of wedge shoes I've had for many years from next which have been little worn and they go perfectly with the dress. To the point these shoes had actually been placed into a CS bag for donation
they were re-gifted back to myself
1 happy lady with that.

Hello Ladies,
Well done 2 Scratters in getting your outfit ready for the wedding in May, especially the realisation that those wedge shoes you owned were just what were needed to complete your outfit.
Well done to you Toni's Friend as well for buying yourself your new sandals and handbags. You are so worth it!2 -
Hello Ladies,
I bought 2 Glossy Box Limited Edition beauty boxes to put down for my 2 teenage granddaughters birthdays later in the year. They were both half price so I saved £12.50 on one of the boxes and £15 on the other box. I got a 10% discount on my order which saved me another £2.75 and free delivery worth £3.25.
Yesterday evening I went to the Ritzy cinema to watch a preview of the film AIR. I really enjoyed the film. It is all about the ground breaking deal that was made between Nike and Michael Jordan. As a member, I got my ticket for only £5.2
