Thank you all so much ladies...your kind words mean a lot right now when I'm still crying every time I think of Zetti (and still expect to see him bouncing round the corner at any moment 😢) 💐💐💐3

Liberty_Lilly 11 wonderful years with your little dog
Love the hyacinth scent, mine vanished very quickly this year. Your Easter table looks serene.
My Easter was spent at work as that's how it goes with shifts.

Hello Ladies,
Yesterday afternoon I went to the Ritzy cinema to watch the film God's Creatures. I used my final free ticket for my Picturhouse membership, so that saved me £14.50. The film is really good and I thought it had a very thought-provoking end.
I hope you all had a good Easter.I treated myself to a bunch of yellow roses with my Tesco online grocery shopping and they really brightened up our family Easter and they only cost £4.

I love yellow roses especially teamed with blue irises. At the moment I'm buying lilies from Aldi. They look spectacular and last for ages.Have adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.4

3 ladies went out to lunch yesterday for a friends birthday. We had all sort of dressed up and hadn't spoke to either of my friends. I'm not a style icon but have got to the point of not bothering what anyone else thinks. I had a lovely dress on appropriate for the weather but this one is a little shorter than the others I have. I chose to wear socks with shoes and not my ankle boots. (A bit of a 1940's look - IYSWIM) The friend I picked up first noticed but chose to say nothing and the 2nd (Birthday girl) had not noticed. The food was delicious too and we got BLC discount too. A good chunk went back to the waiting on staff so win win.
Only on leaving the pub several hours later did they comment and we laughed like young girls on leaving the place. 1 said I'm surprised your DH has let you out like that
Job done, I made them smile.

Hello Ladies,
2 Scratters it sounds as if you had a lovely meal with your friends. As for your style, it is uniquely your style, so you just keep on doing it your way.
Despite my windproof umbrella and dressing appropriately for the rainy weather, once the wind picked up, my skirt got soaked and my wig was wet and so windswept, I was embarrassed to be seen looking so bedraggled.3
