#8 declaring just £300 for May. I have several short breaks booked for this month and next month so I don't think I will be putting any more in this month.

So total so far is £7500 for the year so far.

#49 checking in! £1,118.25 saved this month, making a total of £4,276.81 for the year so far!

However temporary promotion and also overtime are linked together and come to an end in the middle of May . Whether that gets extended or not is another thing, if it does great, if not will be back to saving approx £500-ish a month I think (will have to alter spreadsheets, etc to find out actual totals)

Pinkdaisy88 declaring £300 for April. Not too bad considering it was the Easter holidays so no overtime for me.

#17 reporting in for April (form submitted), managed to put aside £2,978 for the month.

This month I got a backdated pay increase so a welcome, if small, bump for this month. Spent around £1,500 from my repairs & replacements pot for a garden shed and associated hard standing / installation.
Adding some solar batteries has moved me from only a third of my consumption being from solar to over two thirds, saving me around £30 per month (okay that works out around 16 years to pay back the cost of the batteries but I think still worth the investment to reduce my energy consumption from the grid).
