Very well done, Candii.
I'm not part of the challenge but was interested to watch as I hope to lose 2 stone over the next quarter and thought I'd done well with my first 5lb off this week but you have done amazingly well. Go you!

Hi, hope everyone is well and keeping warm.
6.5 lb off for me please Brambling. This now puts me hovering on another stone mark... hope I'm not going to get 'stuck' again.
Candiii - That is amazing, you never fail to impress.
Tornerse, Cazam, Black saturn - I'm brilliant loss, go you.
Suffolksue, I'm always happy with a STS, as long as I'm not expanding.
Apologies if I have missed anyone.
I think I am developing a way of eating that is working for me, one main meal and a small lunch, with a couple of pieces of fruit eaten during the morning as breakfast.
I have declared my house a 'diet food' free zone, no rice cakes, ryvita, crabsticks or WW snacks. These things make me hungry and shout diet, I'm having a bit of what I want and enjoying it.
Have a good week all.

Wow on the WIs Jenny and Candiii - Candiii I have added you as 12.5 you will need to carry forward the 0.1 to next week as I only work in 1 or 0.5 increments
SBunny as long as you enjoyed your family time you can start from now
Jenny the word diet does strange things to my brain and makes me want to eat so I can relate, it's more cutting back on the fat and sugar for me rather than eating 'diet' food

@cheerfulness4 @jennystarpepper @Brambling Thank you all. I usually lose big in the first week (mainly water) and the fact I've got so much to lose! Started at 301.3lbs, current weight 288.7lbs, so still got a long way to go to get to 224... but I've made a start (again 😂) and that's what counts. The motivation is there this time so hopefully I stick to it til the end!Good luck to all taking part 😊Common sense is not common

I'm going to report a very cautious 2 lb down. Not for trying hard at anything simply for being ill. Hopefully now that I'm feeling better I won't regain it all.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards.
