Hi @Brambling May I join your crew please? I’d like to lose 9lbs for the quarter please. Oddly enough, I weighed myself this morning and found I lost 1.1lbs after last weighing on Monday. Sweet! Would you record that as a 1lb loss then? Thank you for running this challenge!5

Weighed myself on Friday Morning, 11st 8 1/2 lbs.
sooo I think that My target is 10 st 12 1/2
i know I won’t find it easy, but it is my top of my priority list (along with my tax return ☹️😭)
starting tonight I am working a few night shifts this week, which always scuppers my good intentions. But I am preparing some substantial foods to take with me to stop me eating toast at 4 am. Home made minestrone soup and fruit salad, both will be using up food that has been hanging around post Christmas.

Afternoon all, weighed this morning and happy with a 6.2lb loss, it’s my first week trying to lose weight but not counting etc. The second week is usually my worst but I’m going to really try my best to just stick with 3 meals and try to get more veg to bulk them out.

EDITED - I think I didn’t have my glasses on when I checked the scaled as my starting weight is actually 90kg!
according to my husband my snoring is getting out of hand, I never used to snore until I gained all this weight.
the medication I’m on has the side effect of increasing appetite and I’ve been giving in to it.
time to be conscious of it, what I’ve eaten and thinking do I need to eat something or could it be the tablets.

Sorry I didn’t answer sooner. For the first quarter I want to aim for 1 stone. We go on holiday at the beginning of March so I hope to lose a stone and maintain ( or at least don’t do too much damage)
