With the excuse that the BB date was April, I had a whole 100g bar of chocolate on one day and over-indulged in the final week of Q1.  Result - gained 1 lb.  So actually only lost 2 lb of the 4 lb I had aimed for.

I don't need to lose any weight as BMI is 20.7 but I will continue with the Q2 challenge to lose at least 2 lb as I will be happier.
  • Lost 1 lb this week was actually disappointed but lm not giving up x
    Count down to retirement 2023
  • -2lbs this week 🙌 very happy with that as I was away at the beginning of the week and had to eat pub food! Avoided the burger rolls though so think that helped 😉

4lbs loss for me please :)

More difficult to plan this week as I'm away for work mid week, but I've got ideas on what to eat in mind, so hopefully stick to calorie plan
