With the excuse that the BB date was April, I had a whole 100g bar of chocolate on one day and over-indulged in the final week of Q1. Result - gained 1 lb. So actually only lost 2 lb of the 4 lb I had aimed for.
I don't need to lose any weight as BMI is 20.7 but I will continue with the Q2 challenge to lose at least 2 lb as I will be happier.0 -
Lost 1 lb this week was actually disappointed but lm not giving up xCount down to retirement 20231
