Happy New Year everyone. I'd like to say I've started well but, having completely lost track of days, I forgot to weigh myself on Monday and have been coping with back to work stress by ploughing through leftover Christmas goodies.

I'll weigh on Monday to get my starting point and try to get things under control again.

    Best of luck everyone xx
  • Hi Brambling and co.

Happy New Year! I'm back in this quarter - completely took my eye off the ball last year and then promptly buried my head in the sand too.

I'll set an arbitrary target of 10kg. I haven't got a clue what I currently weigh (batteries for the scales are coming today - that's step 1) so that'll do.

    Good Luck everyone.
  • Just went for my first run in AGES this morning (it all went out the window last year!), so even if I don't lose any weight this week I can be proud that I did that.  Going again on Sunday.

Porridge for breakfast and have a protein "shake" brewing (waiting for powder to dissolve- it's one of those clear whey ones rather than milkshake-type ones).  Oats and protein- also a good start- now to avoid the treats!!!!

welcome back LilacPotato  :)  I think most of us lost the plot last challenge!

Well done ej22 that's a great start  :)

I'm impressed at the running Clutterbug I'm build for comfort not for speed so I was more of a walker even before my joints started complaining
