Morning everyone and well done for all the weight losses this week. Checking in to declare a 1lb loss towards my goal…. Not sure how this happened as this week I discovered plant based mini Babybels 🤣It's better to beg forgiveness than ask permission.5

Morning all,
I've had another good week with 2lb loss so ontrack, feeling much better but need to increase the exercise a notch. Pilates classes have started again so that's helping but I need to do an extra class myself at home. I plan to do one after the housework and washing this morning as rain forecast so might skip the daily walk.
Good luck everyone 🫠5 -
Had a relative over for the first week of the year and ate out every day - being vegan means my choices are limited when I'm out so I ate lots of processed rubbish and bread - suffice to say that my weight loss plans were not adhered to! 🤦♀️ however, I'm pleased to say that despite this, I'm STS - not sure if it's because I put it on in the first week then lost it this week or what but I'm happy with it regardless!! 😉DNF: £708.92/£1000

Urgh, 2lbs gain. Not sure if it's because I've weighed myself on my digital scales. I am still recovering from a cough/cold and struggling to get motivated with my lack of energy. New week ahead though!5

Hi All,
Checking in for my first proper week with a 3kg loss. To be honest I think perhaps the opening reading might have been a bit dodgy to lose that much in a week but I'll take it none the less! Keep going everyone!7 -
Monday - day one,
Got weighed !!!st 11lb, feeling enthused but cold so going to light the woodburner.
Going to be sensible re food today, lunch will be soup - HM chicken
Not sure about dinner but probably some form of meat with veg.
I'll see how things go, I'll try to keep busy to take my mind off food.7
