Don't worry @Pixie_Cosmo I've also had a +.5lb gain this past week. I'll sit with you on the bench.
Last week I had a McDonald's because I was feeling bleh and just didn't want to cook. After that I shaped up but also my body didn't seem to want to "release" things / have movements. I'll try to be more mindful this week, especially because we're going away this weekend. I'll keep in mind that I don't have to go crazy and to still eat responsibly. We'll definitely be packing our healthier snacks for the train ride.

Well done so far everyone, some good results

1lb loss for me please. Partly helped by working my way through frozen portions of calorie controlled meals that I made last year

After last week’s gain I am pleased with a 1.5 kg loss I’m especially pleased as we were away for two nights and had to eat out rather than cook at home. The weather is improving so I’m hoping for more walks outside to increase my exercise levels.7

Either my scales are stuck or I'm pretty much STS. On the plus side (plus leading hopefully to a loss...) OH has declared dinners to be carb free so I'll take advantage of that as much as I can. Until he votes for KFC for dinner of course.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards. 1lb Off please Brambling.
Well done to anyone who jumped on those scales. I think this is the worst time of the year to try to lose weight, hopefully once this month is over with it will get easier.
I have felt cruddy all week, so am surprised I have a loss, lack of sleep and cold weather do not work for me.
Have a good week all.MFW - 01.10.21 £63761 01.10.22 £50962 01.10.23 £39979 01.10.24 £27815. 01.01.25. £17538

I remember changing from manual to digital scales a few years back and the gain wasn't pretty, unfortunately my digital scales agreed with the asthma nurse scalesPixie_Cosmo said:Urgh, 2lbs gain. Not sure if it's because I've weighed myself on my digital scales. I am still recovering from a cough/cold and struggling to get motivated with my lack of energy. New week ahead though!

Oh hooray! @Brambling and all I am delighted to report a 1lb loss!I’d been wondering whether I should just start again in Feb, what with all the Xmas treats still around. Eating them to get rid of them doesn’t seem to help 🤷🏽♀️Grocery Challenge

Can you check the expiry dates, I've had this problem in the past and have 'stashed / hidden things away to have at Easter, or can you freeze anything? Take to work or a local shelter / soup kitchen?EskarinaWeatherwax said:Oh hooray! @Brambling and all I am
