Checked weight yesterday , 84.8kg, 1.6kg loss from the first week, I’m really pleased 🙂But I need to be careful. Protein shakes are quite filling, but sometimes is nice to eat “normal” food and it’s easy to overload.
  • Hello
    Well done everyone.

    Weighday STS please Brambling.

Mildly irritating I didn’t loose any of the weight I gained last week. I managed a few days with carbs at just one meal not both and I’m sure my portions were smaller overall. Movement and exercise was similar to last week.

This weeks focus is on nourishment. I’ve planned lots of homemade soup type meals. I’ll get my mat out for gentle stretching exercise and maybe a couple of walks out in nature if I’m up to that. I’m reducing carb intake right down this week to get over the cravings and back to calm. From past experience I know I won’t be up for much exercising as I switch from carb energy to fat energy. Hopefully that’ll see downward movement next week as I’m really not wanting to get the food scales out and start logging again.
