@bubbs mum was in for a minor op but the general anaesthetic knocked her for six a wee bit. She’s brighter today and I’ll certainly sleep tonight 😁 good to hear your sister is feeling a bit better.
Fab loss @beanielou especially when you didn’t expect it but hope your hand heals quickly. Sounds very painful.
All change for dinner as DS wanted fish and chips instead of chilli so that’s what we’re about to have. I’ll have mine with loads of salad and will count 4 syns for breadcrumbs and 2 for tartare sauce.0 -

Bet you'll be glad to get back home! Although having said that this month seems to have gone really quickly - has it for you?

You have tomatoes & cucumber!!
Thank you everyone for your well wishes.
Interestingly at class on Monday the chat was about our triggers for going off track & I said mine was falling.
As it was obviously fresh in my mind it did not set me off!

Morning all, up early again (been up nearly an hour already! The bed is so cold now. DH is emptying it now so hopefully we can get it warming up throughout the day and with our hot water bottles tonight we'll both be a bit warmer tonight too and then hopefully back to more normal temperatures tomorrow night and a better night's sleep!
Have decided not to go to Wi this morning as my friend has asked me to go to the hospital at Canterbury with her so we're going to do a bit of shopping and have lunch out! Hopefully she'll agree to somewhere like Spoons where I can get at least get a jacket potato and beans rather than a cafe where all I can get is sandwiches and wraps!
So today's plan:
B - toasted cheese sandwich - HEA2; HEB
L - jacket potato, beans, salad - S; F (this may of course change!)
D - chicken tagine, spicy couscous - P; S; F
HEA1 - milk
HEA2 - cheese
Syns - butter 3.5?
Have a good day everyone.
