I cooked some potatoes, mashed with salt and pepper, poached some fish just in water, flaked it up and then mixed all together, put on a fry lighted tray, and sprayed the fishcakes, simple!Sealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance:1

Thanks @bubbs. It does sound simple. What fish did you use? At the moment I've only got decent fillets (thanks to Ocado at Company Shop) but those bags of frozen fish from Farmfoods or Iceland would work as you're flaking it., 🤔
Glad to hear that wasn't a typical day for you @annabanana82. Personally I like big meals and no snacks but little and often can work well provided you have plenty of SW friendly food available. I think @joedenise is right about keeping up with the Speed food rather than too much just Free. I'm sure you'll soon get back to winning ways. 🤞0 -
I used a bit of yellow stickered smoked haddock i brought with me from home that was in the freezer, so just used it up like that , i have one left, might have it for lunch tomorrow in a roll with salad 😋😋Sealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance:0

Well perhaps I should have a whinge more often, 1.5lb off tonight, so more confident about the week ahead.
I had beans on toast and a pink n white when I came home, and a couple of plums.
Will continue with the food diary and fingers crossed a little closer to my 5st next week.
Thanks all for your kind words and encouragement much appreciated todayMake £2023 in 2023 (#36) £3479.30/£2023

Yay to the 1.5lb off @annabanana82 that's great news!
I'm WFH today and will do a chilli con carne in the SC for later. DH is in London and DS2 is here this week a it's Reading Week and he doesn't have any lectures. Will freeze the leftovers.
I have a confession in that I had a couple of choc biscuits last night! We were doing the month-end finances and were having a nice coffee and it just happened.... I was meant to be not having choc for Lent! Oh well my bad. Back on plan today!
Food will be:
B - Puffed wheat, skimmed milk, sweetener, banana - HEB, HEA, free
L - JP, tuna, LTL mayo, balsamic, pickles, tomato and cucumber (that DS2 bought back - gold dust!) - 1, P, 0.5, S
D - SC chilli con carne with rice, satsumas - free, S
Syns - hi fi bar plus 1.5 so 4.5 total
Thanks for the PM @bubbs. I opened it at work on the big screen!! So cute x I do hope DSis is getting the support she needs xx
Have a good day all
