Well done on your 1.5lb loss @cherry_22.  DH thought it wasn't cheesy enough and too much Marmite!  I actually thought it was quite cheesy and not enough Marmite!  Shows how different our tastebuds are!!!

It's a lovely day here too. Although yesterday's fog cleared up much quicker than with @bubbs so all the washing dried. 😁

I thought you were going to say that the portion was enough for lunch but not dinner @joedenise. Your DH seems to have had a whole extra meal! 🤣

I agree it's petty to stop sites using syn values. I'd have thought it's more likely to attract people to SW than lose them anything. 🤔

I've got 17 syns left and no plans for them so this has been a good week. Hoping for another starting tomorrow and then I'll go to WI.

Today's EE plan - 
B- HEB toast, HEA1 milk for drinks, bacon, fried egg (P), tomatoes (S)
L- ham (P), bubble and squeak (F, S), beetroot (S)

He most certainly did @maman!  Having looked at the cheesy veg bake it just isn't big enough to split between 2 meals so it's going to be half each today so will definitely be over syns today but plenty of time to rein it back in.  I was 0.5lb over target this morning on my scales so definitely need to shift that (and a bit more hopefully) before next Wednesday when I'll go to WI.  At least there will be a grace week if that pesky 0.5 doesn't move!

You've done well to still have 17 syns left - it must be the having G&Ts instead of wine the other day, LOL!


Edited to say the veg bake definitely wasn't worth the syns!  A lot of the broccoli was just stalks which wouldn't cook and were really hard so wasted - just glad I didn't pay for it!

I met my friend today, company shop was dire, no bargains in asda or tesco 😥 bonus was we didn't spend much 🤣

Ham and boiled eggs i took with me

2 satsuma, banana and protein yog 1/2 syn

carrots, cauli, broc, green beans, fried onions and sausages 1.5 syns, gravy 4 syns

Mum just rang, she saw Dad today he has put more weight on , was a bit confused when they got there but calmed down once they had been there a while Spoke to the doctor, they are trying really hard to find him somewhere to meet his needs but there is nothing at the moment , the man across from Dad is waiting as well

Hi all,

I was in the London office today and it was full on as there's a big money announcement tomorrow. Boss was meant to be off but she's been roped into doing some media with a minister. I will have a quieter WFH day tomorrow thank the lord. TOTM has made an appearance - first since Nov!! Feeling fat  

Food today has been:
B - overnight oats, FF nat yog, cherries - HEB, free
L - lo chilli con carne, pineapple, satsumas - free, S
D - smoked salmon and pea pasta - 2 syns for the cream
HEA - milk
Syns - hi fi bar plus 2 so 5 total

Thanks both, Mum did think he was talking nonsense as he said they injected something in his veins, turn out he wasn't 🤣 They gave him a CT scan to check the cancer had not spread and there was no blood clots, all good 👏👏

Aww Beanie it does, it's the anniversary of my BIL passing in a couple of weeks, 6 years 😱😱
