Really struggled to contain myself these last few days and have only just managed to resist temptation and stay on track.
The cause? I got really really peed off with work.We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0 -

Morning all, well done @SingleSue for sticking to plan when you were so stressed about your work; it's so difficult sometimes.
No plans for today but will probably get out of a walk along the beach front later as it looks as though it's not too windy again today. Even without much wind yesterday I managed to get some of the washing dry including the pillow cases; sheet and duvet cover finishing off over the airer - haven't checked them yet to see if they're dry or whether they need refolding and hanging a bit longer!
Today's plan:
B - fry up - P; S; F; 2
L - burger & onions in soft pitta with gherkin slices - HEB; S; 0.5
D - spicy chicken and rice tray bake - P; S; F
HEA - milk
HEB - soft pitta
Syns - sausages 2; burger 0.5
Have a good day everyone.
Edited to add: DH and I both managed to score a TGTG bag last night. Wonder what will be in it them this week! No doubt there will be white bread but DH will be happy to eat that instead of wholemeal! It's from the same Morries as last week as just missed one from our closest branch.

Morning all,
Well done for sticking to plan @SingleSue - it's so easy to go off track when stressed x
Ooh please report back on the TGTG Morries bags @joedenise. DS2 has tried one of the ready meal spag bols and said it was nice - not my kind of thing but he seemed happy enough!
Today we are gardening - well more demolition work really! 3 6' x 6' trellis and an archway to come down. TBH they've been wobbly for years but we've left them until now. We are also taking up a large area of decking at the end of the garden which is under a huge walnut tree. Dread to think what might be underneath! It's gone rotten so we plan to have chippings in that area and some seating. Can't grown anything much there due to shade, but have a few ferns which can go in. Lots of body magic so have the Epsom salts ready for a nice bath later.
Food today:
B - poached egg, grilled bacon, mushrooms, 1 x WM toast - P, S, 1/2 HEB
L - hi fi bar - 1/2 HEB
D - pork Szechuan with noodles - free
HEA - milk
Syns - a GnT later during rugby catch up!
Have a good day all,

I think you're doing really well @SingleSue, both to resist comfort eating with the work stress and stay on plan without regular group meetings. Keep up the good work. 👍🏼
Like you @joedenise, I use the Tesco wine pots. I'm not a regular Tesco shopper so I make a special trip and stock up (excuse pun😉). I have had the Oxo red wine pots and they're just as good but more expensive. I see online that Oxo also make white but I've not seen them.
Hope you enjoyed your pizza and wine last night @beanielou. I'm sure you're straight back on plan today??🤔
The gardening sounds like good Body Magic @Coxy11. I admire your energy considering you've only just done loads of DIY indoors. What happened about the sofas in the end? 🤔
I think I'll join you with the G&T this evening. I want to keep the syns down as I can't be certain how well I estimated my meal out last Thursday. I've decided to wait another week before going to WI. 🤞🏼 I'll be in target and then that will give me space to enjoy my birthday and our mini break in Belfast.
Today's EE plan-
B- HEB porridge, HEA milk, berries (S), banana (F)
L- lentil soup (P,S), LO TK pasta (P, F,S)
D- beef in 'red wine' (P,S), SW roast potatoes (F), many vegetables (S)
Syns- cornflour 1, gin😁1 -
Afternoon all, back from Morrisons with our 2 TGTG bags! Good job we like apples! I think there are at least a dozen! 2 bags of satsumas, 2 packs of oranges, pack of 2 very ripe avocados, 5 passion fruit, 3 sweetheart cabbages, small cauliflower, a wholemeal loaf, a white loaf and a pack of hot cross buns. DH can have the white loaf and hot cross buns! I dropped off a few apples at my friend's on the way home but she didn't want too many as she bought a load of fruit yesterday when she went into town.
Think there's going to have to be a few changes to the menu plan this week in order to use up the cabbages and cauliflower! We'll have one of the avocado with some prawns as a starter probably tomorrow and Tuesday. Other than that I'm not sure what I'll be doing. I'll just have to play it by ear.
So not a bad haul for just over £6.
I still haven't decided whether or not I'm going to group this week as my scales this morning were showing a bit of a gain so over target again! No idea why but maybe I'm not having enough syns most days and just the odd day with around the 10 mark. Will see how things go over the next couple of days and then make a decision.

You seem to go in phases @beanielou. I'm sure you'll get back soon. How much more would you like to lose? 🤔
I'll think of you when I'm having my Edinburgh gin tonight. 😁0 -
