    Good luck Coxy

Hope your friend is ok Maman, there is all different types and sizes of bags, holes different sizes, ones you drain (dad didn't like them)

She is also worried about what they are going to give him to eat as there is only 3 things on the puree menu he can have, so she rang them this morning about that

Morning all, another dry day so 2 loads of washing done and hung on the line to dry.  Not sure it will all dry as there's no wind and it's very cloudy but can hope!  If not it can go on the airer.

Like @beanielou I'm not surprised you want to pick - it's something that happens when we're stressed and you most obviously are and with very good reason.  Be kind to yourself.

Have my DD2 and her partner coming for lunch today so thought I'd get this posted before they get here as think they'll probably get her any time now!

    Today's plan:

    B - fry up - P; S; F; 2
    L - corned beef hash - P; S; F; 4.5
    D - beef stew (from freezer), mash - P; S; F

    HEA - milk
HEB - none planned but may have some Ryvita with Primula later if peckish
    Syns - sausages 2; corned beef 4; horseradish 0.5

    Have a good day everyone.

    Hi everyone,

Be kind to yourself @bubbs x

A 1.5lb loss for me this week which brings me back to my 1st 7lb loss that I achieved on Christmas Eve. I received my certificate and sticker but no-one there to applaud me as it was weigh and go! Feeling good about it and need to think hard about how much more I want to lose. Still have a belly but think that will only go with many many sit ups or planks!

Off to pick up my Mum and DS2 shortly and will have a late lunch in Canterbury today. Thinking probably Zizzi's or similar. Will be driving back and will choose wisely!

    Have a good day all,
    Coxy

  • Hi everyone

Thinking of you all if you're having troubles or stresses at the moment, hope things get easier  so sorry for your bad news @TakeItEazy we had the worst year in our family in 2022 so I know that feeling well

Well done on your loss Coxy

I had a horrible day with food yesterday. Firstly my porridge exploded in the microwave, I'd planned a jacket potato with tuna mayo for lunch but the only tin of tuna was BBE March 2022 and did not smell good, then my beetroot jar would not open, its still stuck! First world problems but happy to report I didn't run out for a maccies or anything and stayed within syns too. Hoping today is a better day

B- fruit with yoghurt (0.5) cuppas with milk (HEA1)
L- heinz veg soup (1) with ryvita HEB and dairylea (HEA2)
D- gammon steak, SW chips, spring greens

More syns later I am sure
