Well done @bubbs on the lb loss. You definitely deserve it - should have had it last week. Glad there were no disasters today.
Bet you're looking forward to getting your ice cream maker tomorrow! A week without ice cream isn't like you.
Weighed myself this morning and looks like I've shifted 3lb of the 4.5lb I put on whilst on holiday!

I suspect most of it was fluid retention with it coming off that quick! Think it will still be a couple of weeks before I go back to group.

Yes more than likely.
I am thinking i might not bring my ice cream maker back, as quite enjoying fruit and yoghurt also only having half a tub of yoghurt and not the dull one i use for ice cream 🤔Sealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance:0 -
Sounds like it would save you some money if you don't bring it back but I'm sure you'll miss the ice cream after a while! How long do you have to be in the static? Is it just this month? If it is you might be OK without it!

Morning all,
Well done on the 1lb loss @bubbs - very richly deserved after all the stress with your DDad and the less than perfect rental!
Great that you've lost most of the holiday gain @joedenise
I am off to group shortly. I have no idea what to expect. Still have sore breasts but no other signs of TOTM. Weigh lady asked if I was pregnant last week! Blimey that would be a disaster aged 53! I know some celebs so it but even so!!

Morning all, a bit cloudy and cold this morning but at least it's dry! Have got a machine load of washing on the line but not sure it'll dry as not much wind - think I should have done it yesterday when it was a bit blowier. No matter, it can go on the airer overnight if necessary.
Good luck at WI this morning @Coxy11. Sometimes you still get symptoms of TOTM long after you stop having them! Bloating is probably one of the worst which it sounds like you were last week. Hope the breast soreness eases soon - that can be so painful. I think I've been lucky as once I stopped having TOTM I had no more symptoms, my sister was not so lucky and continued to get all the symptoms but nothing else for a couple of years! Agree it would be disastrous to be pregnant at 53! I certainly wouldn't have been able to cope with a baby at that age!
Today's plan:
B - fry up with sausages - P; S; F; 2
L - scrambled eggs & spinach on toast - HEB; P; S
D - beef stew, mash, cabbage - P; S; F (pressure cooked the stew last night and have defatted it this morning!)
HEA - milk
HEB - bread
Syns - LF sausages 2; may have a couple of G&Ts this evening but not sure
Have a good day everyone.0 -
Really pleased for you @bubbs. Well done on your pound and in less than a week too! 👏👏👏
Enjoy the return of the ice cream maker @bubbs. 😁 I had a small (100 ml) ice cream at the theatre last night. The ginger one I had isn't on the SW app so I'm counting it as 7 syns like other flavours in the same brand.
I think I'd have done the JP mostly in the microwave @Coxy11 as it takes forever in the oven. Sounds like a nice way to have turkey mince.
I've put Bolognese in the SC this afternoon as none left in the freezer. I did get a YS pack of pork mince yesterday but not much meat in the freezer. I was lucky the other day with salmon at the Company Shop but no meat. I think I'll have to drive to your branch @bubbs. 🤣
Seriously though, the week's shopping seems to be going up and up and that's just on basics. When I have to buy full price meat it will be scary. ☹️
Today's EE plan -
B- HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks, fried eggs (P), baked beans (F)
L- JP (F), prawns (P), salad bits (S)
D- sausage casserole (P, S), pasta (F)
Syns - weekend wine 😁
