Hope you had a lovely, quiet day @Jellybaby. 😊
🤞 for a good WI for you and @bubbs tomorrow @Coxy11.
No idea about your dream @cherry_22. I've been dreaming a lot lately, usually it's something simple that I can't quite get right or quite reach. One was expecting visitors and didn't have enough chairs or cutlery. 🤔 I think it's a control thing.
No wholemeal soft pittas in our Sainsburys either. ☹️
I've done my meal plan and shop today so all set for a good week. 🤞
Today's EE plan -
B- HEB toast, bacon, eggs (P), baked beans (F), HEA 1 milk for drinks
L- cold pork (P), bubble and squeak (F. S), pickles (S)
D- Tom Kerridge bacon and broccoli pasta (P, F. S), HEA 2 Parmesan
Syns - weekend wine 😁

Sorry to hear that you had a tiny gain today @bubbs. No idea why.,🤔 Did you weigh today because of hospital visitor tomorrow?
Thanks for the heads up on the salad cream. My school cook used to make fabulous coleslaw with salad cream. The Hubbards from Tesco is vastly cheaper than the Hellmanns LTL mayo and probably worth the slightly extra syns. 👍0 -
Hubbards is Sainsburys not Tesco
No Hair cut in the morning, then coming all the way back, to go all the way back to visit Dad .

Morning all,
Pants about that tiny gain @bubbsI hope your visit to DDad goes okay x
I bought some soft WM Warbs pittas in Ts and they are £1.15 for 4. Hopefully the right ones? App/barcode scanner wasn't working in-store due to no internet and was asking me to sign-in which I couldn't do one-handed. Interesting about the salad cream.
Off to WI shortly. I've another headache - 3rd this week. Maybe it's dehydration but I do try to keep a drink on the go?
Back later x

@maman thank you for the picture of the sausages from Aldi. I will know what to to look for next time.I don’t really eat salad cream but the price of Heinz products now is just shocking - the same with their Red sauce. We were shopping today and bought Hellman’s red sauce, as it was cheaper, but don’t know what it tastes like.Speak later. £3.90 is absolutely barmy for salad cream, just paying for the name. I've seen Hubbard's in Sainsbury and assumed it was the high fat variety I'll grab some next time I'm there definitely
Not much planned today, I'm at work till 4pm and no plans to go out apart from my walk and I might sack it off if it stays this cold and just run up and down my stairs instead haha
B- fruit and yoghurt (0.5) cuppas with HEA milk
L- lentil soup (2) with ryvita HEB and dairylea (HEA2)
D- sausage casserole (3) mash and veggies
Have a lovely saturday everyone£1 a day for 2023 #58 £165/£3650 -

Thanks for the heads up on salad cream @bubbs I usually buy Aldi’s but will try this version.
Hope your headache goes quickly @Coxy11
No soft pittas in Morrisons this morning. Aldi’s had their version but didn’t have my phone to scan so left them but they were £1.15 too.
One pound gain at WI which is so frustrating but will keep plodding and hopefully see the loss next week. There was discussion in class about how to use your syns and consultant was very insistent that 15 max should be used each day. A lot were nodding along but I’ll keep to the weekly bank system but maybe make sure I use more as I have a tendency to generally not use a lot.
Today it’s been banana and coffee at group, chicken salad roll, fresh fruit salad for lunch and dinner is burger in a bowl from SW app. No alcohol planned (so far 😉).1
