Oh that's good, thanks @joedenise. It's from Tesco magazine but I'm SW-ifying it.
2 tins plum tomatoes, 1 tin cannellini beans, 200ml milk (should be soya as recipe is vegan but I'll use 200ml skimmed from HEA), garlic, onion and crushed chillies. Will fry off onion and garlic and add blitzed ingredients and stir through pasta.
Will report back tomorrow - you will have to tune in from holiday to find out what it was like lol!

Well done on your losses @cherry_22 and @SingleSue. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 They do tend to slow down after a while but I agree that slow and steady is more likely to see the weight stay off.
Were you disappointed or hoping for STS @VALM? How are you getting on with the plan?🤔
I think the most important thing with OHs or other family members is that they'll cooperate and support enough with SW to eat the SW friendly meals together. My DH happily eats SW dinners and cooks me SW breakfasts so I'm happy with that. We both like porridge but he chooses to have a muesli that's fairly healthy but not a HEB. We rarely have lunch together and he eats biscuits and cakes between meals but they don't tempt me. 😊
I'm very impressed with all the new recipes you're trying @Coxy11 but although the artichoke one sounds tasty, it would probably be cheaper to go to the chippy! 🤣 I have to confess to using my tumble drier briefly earlier in the week. I felt like I was committing a crime! 😁 I washed DH's bathrobe, as he has a new one, and it almost dried in the airing cupboard but finished it off to soften it before it goes to the CS.
Have a super holiday @joedenise. I know you're going to the Canaries but is this a different hotel from the one you went to before Christmas? Is it AI?🤔
I went to WI this morning and the good GREAT news is that I'm still in target! 😁 I'd actually gained half a pound in the 8 weeks since I weighed last. I'll take that happily as I had heaps of extra syns over Christmas/New Year so have seen them off.
I'm right at the top of range so will have another week with writing everything down. Fortunately I've no plans to eat out so should be able to stay 100% on plan.
Today's EE plan-
B- HEB Weetabix, HEA milk
L- Spanish omelette (P,F,S), pickles (S), ham (P)
D- liver, bacon (P), mash, LO gravy (F), onions, carrots, cabbage, cauli, broccoli (S)

@maman I was pleased with STS because I binged at the weekend. Star week for me is usually at the end of the month so I’m just hoping it was early and that was the cause. Must not buy chocolate in and stick to hiding bars.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!
