Yes the 10% discount at Iceland was mentioned last night at group. They said the discount started last week but apparently one of the members friends had already got the discount.Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £26,322.670

Hope everything goes well for your dad @bubbs tomorrow. Good luck for WI too - will be interesting to see if not eating as much as usual makes any difference.

Actually, I wouldn't want to lose that much as it would take me well below target and I'd have to stuff myself silly to get back into range! 🤣
2lbs would suit me just fine. 😁
I know but she just does you never win SOTW with her in your group 🤣

Thanks @maman good to know about that reduced sugar sweet and sour, I will have to look out for that. Its frightening how much hidden sugar is in things when you look at the ingredients
at that 20lbs loss!! The biggest loss I heard of in someone's first week was 9.5lbs. I bet it goes back on just as quickly though. 5 years ago I lost about 3.5 stone within 6 months on my first try at SW and it ended up sneaking back on at the same steady rate once I took my eye off the ball. Hoping for the more scenic approach to weightloss this time in the hopes that I can keep it off
I dont usually shop at Iceland but may have a peek for 10% off

Morning all,
1lb on for me today - the scales waivered between 0.5 and 1 on but settled on 1lb. I'm disappointed as most of my meals were free or low syn this week and we tried some new recipes.
I'm just sat making a shopping list and meal plan for the week ahead. Might do a food diary to keep myself in check too.
Well done on your STS @bubbs x Hope DDad is okay when you see him later.
Have a good day all

Thought I'd already been on and posted my menu plan but apparently not! Well done on STS @bubbs. Hope your dad is okay when you go to see him later.
Did you have enough syns @Coxy11? I think sometimes if you don't have many then the scales aren't kind to you.
Been into town and booked in for waxing prior to my holiday. I usually do it myself but think my wax must be getting old as not working as well as it used to. Think I need to invest in a new pot of wax but that can wait until after my holiday now.
Today's plan:
B - fry up with sausages - P; S; F; 2
L - burger, onions, lettuce with sliced gherkin in pitta - HEB; S; 0.5
D - beef & bean stew, mash - P; S; F
HEA - milk
HEB - pitta
Syns - sausages 2; burger 0.5; wine 10?
Have a good day everyone.0
