Is it too much to hope for the same loss next week maman!
I am like you @annabanana82, still technically overweight slightly but considering I am now 60 & can't do any exercise apart from chair stuff I am ok with thatΒI am a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Mortgage Free Wannabe & Local Money Saving Scotland & Disability Money Matters. Morning all, it's looking to be a decent day again here but the washing is up to date so nothing to do there. Β Have got my new freezer arriving this afternoon so tomorrow I'll be emptying the outside chest freezer and filling this one up! Β I can then finally turn off and defrost the chest. Β Hopefully having a smaller one indoors will be a bit cheaper to run!
I switched on the fridge in the motorhome yesterday so I'm going to get some food into the fridge and ice box ready for our weekend away. Β It will mainly be stuff from the freezer which will help cool it down a bit more plus UHT milk, mixers for drinks. Β Need to check what tinned food is already in there and top up if necessary.
The risotto was actually really nice just not what was planned! Β It was lardons I'd cut from the bacon that DH had smoked and I'd wrapped them in exactly the same way as I do the chorizo which led to the confusion! Β I also didn't label the bag which didn't help!
Well done @annabanana82 on your 5 stone shiney. Β You should be really pleased with yourself - that's a great achievement. Β Enjoy your Subway salad and your scone and jam later.
Another "wee" loss for you @beanielou! Β You always seem to get a decent loss when you think you haven't done enough - well done!
That's absolutely brilliant news @bubbs. Β I do hope your dad settles quickly and can become independent enough again to go home. Β The one to one will definitely help with that. Β It's good that your mum will still be able to use the Age UK cars to go and see him every day and nice that it's closer to you. Β Does that mean you could pop in to see him during the week at all or will it still just be the weekend?
This is getting a bit long now so think I'd better post my menu plan for today!
B - overnight oats - HEB; S; F
L - LO bacon and chicken risotto; scotch egg - P; S; F
D - Egg, chips, beans, mushrooms - P; S; F
HEA - milk
HEB - oats
Syns - probably a couple of Skinny Whip minis 3
Have a good day everyone.

Good morning, very frosty, but lots of sun so far. Congratulations @beanielou and @annabanana82 on the losses. @bubbs I hope that the move is trouble free and that your DF settles and makes good progress, such a worry.
@joedenise sounds like you are well organised, our caravan is ready with the exception of food - nothing in there yet other than tea, coffee and condiments. The weather has been so wet and cold here until a few days ago (now just cold) so we were reluctant to have our early shake down few days, compounded by having a recent rescue dog who is a bit of a nutcase and going to be really hard work in the van we think.Β Long weekend booked for S. Yorks end of the month to meet up with family and then first 3 weeks in May off to the Lake District.
SW wise it is WI this evening, my scales show a loss, but we will see, Syns a bit high yesterday as was too tempted by a lovely custardy Pain Au Raisin, shared with OH.
Fruit and yogurt consumed so far, Tuna salad for L and D yet to be named.Β Going to butchers later to buy chicken and stewing beef to make some casseroles, am loving the pressure cooker facility on the Ninja

Morning all,
Fantastic to get your 5st award @annabanana82 - definitely treat yourself today x
Great loss @beanielou and into another front number which is such a boost x
Wonderful that your DDad has somewhere to transfer to @bubbs. I hope the move goes smoothly x
Loving all the talk of holiday plans. Obviously I'll be off next week but hardly a holiday lol! Going to pack my rucksack tomorrow as we are at the Cinema tonight seeing 'Allelujah'.
Food today:
B - poached egg, mushrooms, 1 x WM toast - P, S, 1/2 HEB
L - LO massaman curry with rice, lo cous cous salad - free some speed
D - probably Nandos as cinema is at 5.45pm - will choose butterfly chicken and spicy rice - 5
HEA - milk
1/2 HEB - skinny bar
Syns 5

Morning all.Β Well done on the new shiny @annabanana82 and congrats on the new stone bracket @beanielou.Β Hope your dad's move goes well @bubbs π€
I kind of make my kebab recipe up as I go @joedenise but these ones involved marinating the chicken in some natural yogurt with garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, oregano and mint and then on skewers in the air fryer for 20 minutes - left them a little charred on the outside but lovely in the middle.Β Β
We're both feeling a lot better today so thank you for all the well wishes.Β I even managed a walk to the library and back yesterday and 20 minutes of yoga before bed, and DH is back to working today πΒ Breakfast was a slice of toast with a scraping of peanut butter on there, topped with blueberries and a kiwi fruit on the side.Β Lunch is more random soup from the freezer and dinner is leftover veggie curry from the depths of the freezer with some rice.Β Really need to do an audit of what's in the cupboards and freezer so that might be a job for the Easter weekend, along with decluttering the wardrobes and catching up on the cleaning!

Glad you're feeling better @ruby_eskimo xΒ
Change of plan for lunch as I was looking for the curry in the freezer and managed to drop and split a box of lamb tagine, so that's now in a bowl!
Forgot to ask earlier - what can I do with pomegranate seeds? I bought a large box to sprinkle over the lamb tagine on Sunday and forgot! Are they even speed? Any suggestions gratefully received as don't want to bin them! TIA
