A 2.5lbs loss for me and 4.5lbs for middle son. I've now lost 3 stone 8.5lbs.

I was a little disappointed as I am obviously in the slow down part of Weight loss but at the same time, it is still progress....and my clothes are feeling more than a 2.5lbs loss, my new jeans that I have only been wearing for 3.5 weeks are now so loose I am having to haul them up at regular intervals and I can my hand down the waistband easily.
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

Well done @SingleSue. Slow and steady and you're doing brilliantly. 👏👏👏 The loose jeans are a real NSV and confidence booster too. 👍 Well done to your son for sticking with it too.

Wow so many posts to catch up on, you lot can fair chat 😁

Massive well done to all the losers, fabulous losses 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

@Bubbs was cheering reading your updates, so happy for you and your mum ❤️

On the dungarees chat, I had beautiful black velvet ones when I was 18 and thought I was the bees knees as my mother would say when I wore them 🤣

I’m with VM too and the service has been horrendous for about six weeks now. Ironically, I received the bill with the new price this morning and have spent the last 90 minutes on the phone negotiating a much better contract and price.

Food will be on plan today and tomorrow but I’ve a few lunches and evening things on from Friday onwards.

B - f/f Greek yoghurt, fresh fruit salad
L - lentil soup, ham salad roll (HEB)
D - chicken skewers, chips, roasted veg

Afternoon all, got back from WI a couple of hours ago but only just got online.

Well done @maddiemay that's a great loss.  @SingleSue both. you and your son are doing absolutely brilliantly, great losses for you both and a great NSV for you too with the loose jeans.  You are still losing well; SW say you should aim to lose 1-2lb a week which is what you are doing.  It's quite likely that with the slowing down of weight loss that you are actually losing inches hence the looser jeans!

I had a 0.5lb gain this week which I'm quite happy about with going out for an Indian meal for my birthday plus a few glasses of wine and G&Ts over the week.  Not sure what's happening with my. home scales though as when they show a loss I end up with a gain or STS and when they show a gain a get a loss!  Maybe I ought to get some new ones!  Don't suggest throwing them away as DH uses them to weigh!

    Today's plan:

    B - mushroom omelette - P; S
    L - toasted cheese sandwich - HEA2; HEB
    D - Fakeaway KFC - P; S; F; 2.5

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB - bread
Syns - instant mash powder 2.5

Hope everyone is having a good day and the sun is shining where you are!

Afternoon all.  Some great losses here, well done @maddiemay and @SingleSue and great to hear about your dad @bubbs - hope he settles in at the home.

Been a bit busy with work today but finally have 5 minutes to myself!  Had ff yogurt with blueberries for breakfast, lunch was more leftover soup from the freezer (carrot and coriander) and dinner tonight is sweet potato and chorizo enchiladas (no idea on syns - will just be the chorizo and possibly a second wrap if I want 2 of them).  Having a big salad on the side as well.

Right back to another meeting in 10 minutes, need to get a cup of tea.  Hope you're all having a good day!

Nice little loss on the scales for me this week after 2 maintains - 1lb lighter. OH isn't doing as well, he's gained 2lb since his last WI so isn't too happy but on we plod. Some fab losses this week well done all. Hoping I will be able to shop a size down soon, not quite there yet but my clothes are definitely feeling looser which is definitely an incentive to keep going!

Well done @cherry_22. 👏👏👏 You've got the right mindset, plod on. 👍

Shame about your little gain @joedenise especially if the scales are telling you something else. ☹️ Perhaps it's time to buy new ones.

It's always good when someone notices @beanielou. Great motivation. 😊

I had dungarees too. Mine were loose and baggy though. They were meant to be that way but perfect for SW! 🤣
