What a palaver @bubbs. It'll be interesting to see what they say whenever you get to see a doctor.

    Bhajis look delicious. 😋

Interesting isen't it, my mum was in event management for a lot of her working life & loved it & ran a team.
I would have found that way way too stressful!

I had injection today in my shoulder & have since eaten a creme egg & a big bag of potato chips.  Ooops.

Don't worry @Abbafan1972. If you've stuck to plan, the loss will show up in time. It could be all the exercise. Are you feeling any thinner, more toned!? It can happen as you build up muscle. 🤔

    Hi everyone,

Happy Birthday @joedenise! I hope you have a lovely day xx

Well done on the loss @maddiemay. Craft get together sounds fun – what do you make?

    Good choice for lunch @Jellybaby

Well done on STS @cherry_22 and belated happy birthday to your DH. He’s doing so well too.

That sounds like a right farce at your GP @bubbs.

Annoying about the gain @Abbafan1972 – we’ve all had them. I hope you have a better week this week x

Thanks for your sympathies about my day from hell! No not the QEII but a posh hotel near Victoria station. I spent yesterday catching up on all the emails/tasks from my annual leave (420 emails!) and felt really low. Had to post a Bay of E parcel at lunchtime and because Evri have lost 3 of my parcels with no recourse, I’m back to going to the PO which is in WHS and always has a queue. Luckily for me yesterday there was no queue yay! I was walking back home dreading work and whatdya know I got another TOTM, just 2 weeks after the last one. Could not make this stuff up. Probably a combination of stress and meno but very much not wanted!

    Food today:

    B – Weetabix choc melts, mullerlight, blueberries – HEB, 0.5, S

    L – Cheese, tomato and spinach omelette – P, S

D – SW easy chicken curry with rice – free

    HEA – milk

Syns – Alpen light bar 3

    Have a good day everyone

Thank you all that commented on my weight gain last night. I am not going to beat myself up about it.

@bubbs what a rigmarole with the doctors. Hubby is having a bit of a to and fro with out doctors at the moment.

DD2’s birthday today and I’m going down to A’s to get some KK doughnuts.  It’s also pay day for me. 😊

    Speak soon. x
