Can't remember if I said I got a new rescue cat 3 weeks ago.
Unfortunaly he escaped last weekend & there has been no sign of him.
I am sad & anxious & my eating has not been the best this week  :(

    That's really worrying for you @beanielou. 🤗

Weather was showery @bubbs but we were so lucky as always indoors when it rained. 😁 Hope hospital visit went OK. 🤔

Morning all, the weather is absolutely horrible!  It's been raining all night and just had another lot of  really heavy rain.  It's eased off a. bit now thankfully.  Managed to reserve a TGTG bag for this afternoon from Morrisons - hopefully it will have some of the things which are on my shopping list for this week!

So sorry your mum is finding it so hard with the hospital visits @bubbs.  It was be so tiring travelling every day.  Is there any way she could go alternate days rather than every day with you or your sister visiting on the other days?  Although I think you take her anyway don't you?  I do hope they can find somewhere for your dad soon, hopefully closer to your mum to make life a bit easier for her.

Hope the new cat returns soon @beanielou.  It's heartbreaking when pets go missing.

    Today's plan:

    B - fry up - sausages, egg, tomatoes, mushrooms, beans - P; S; F; 2
L - burger, onions, gherkin slices in WM roll - HEB; S; 0.5
    D - sweet and spicy chicken and rice tray bake - P; S; F

    HEA - milk
    HEB - WM roll
Syns - LF sausages 2; LF burger 0.5

    Have a good day everyone.

    Afternoon all.

@beanielou oh no - I hope your cat turns up soon.

@bubbs sending hugs to you and your Mom.

I saw my parents yesterday and my uncle's (that's my Dad's younger brother) ex-wife has suffered a fall and died.  I haven't seen her for more than 30 years.  I think the divorce between them was quite bitter and she had since got re-married, but they had 5 children together.

Having a beef casserole for dinner today with lots of vegetables.  Will go out for a walk later on.

Went out for a mega walk yesterday - in total we did about 8.5 miles over the day, as we did a small walk in the evening as well.  My legs were stiff as boards by the end of the day.

Speak to you all later. xx

We had really heavy rain overnight it woke me up , was showery this morning but dry this afternoon.

My sister that had the breakdown can't go at all. But even when they move him might be even harder for her as they said ANYWHERE in the county.

Abbafan sorry to hear that, but just shows how easy it happens from just a fall 😥
