I had a small bowl of crumble, an options hot chocolate and 2 Ferrero rocher, in the grand scheme of things it's not been a bad day and could have been worse, but I am now feeling anxious about weigh in tomorrow.

I guess I am only just over syns today, but I don't like worrying about WI tomorrow now

Welcome @maddiemay to our lovely thread and all the best for your future weight loss

Its been a bit of a self sabotage week here, I'm blaming work being hectic and my brain not wanting all the stuff that's good for me and I'm ending up snacking on rubbish. So may be heading for my first gain on Wednesday, which I'm ok with actually I knew it would happen sooner or later. As long as it's not a 6lb gain or something I'll cope 🤣

I'm off work now until Friday morning so will be able to control what I eat much better without work stresses affecting everything.

    Have a good week everyone

Morning all, going back of SP again for a couple of days until WI day on Wednesday.  However I realised last night I can't actually make WI this week as need to take my friend to a Hospital appointment first thing Wednesday morning.  There's a very slight possibility I could be back to nip into WI and get weighed at the end but unlikely.  My scales aren't showing any movement though so who knows!

@Coxy11 - Have you thought about having a few syns for some cheese on the top of your stuffed pepper?  I love a bit of cheese on top when I make them.  You've  certainly got the syns to spare today!

    Today's plan:

    B - scrambled eggs, spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes.  1 slice WM toast - 0.5 HEB; P; S
    L - smoked salmon, salad, 2 Ryvita - 0.5 HEB; P; S
D - toad in the hole, roasted carrots, onions, butternut squash, pepper, green beans - P; S; 6.5

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread/2 Ryvita
    Syns - sausages 2; flour 4.5

Not sure this is a proper SP day though as although the sausages are more than 95% low fat pork and the filler is egg (so all protein) they count as syns!  Too late if it should be EE rather than SP as it's what I'm having!

Good luck to those of you weighing today.

    Have a good day everyone.

Morning all.  Welcome to the thread @maddiemay - everyone's very helpful and friendly so if you have any questions, ask away!

Usually weigh in on a Monday morning but I stayed at my parents overnight so I can take my dad to the hospital today so no idea which way the scales are moving.  I suspect upwards 🤣  I cooked lunch for my parents yesterday (roast pork, smashed potatoes, a cauliflower/broccoli/spring green cheesy bake and some steamed green beans and carrots.  They seemed to enjoy it and that's the main thing.  Currently sitting here in my old childhood bedroom trying to get on with some work which is all very surreal I must admit.  No idea on food for today - might see if they have some porridge oats in a bit and try to cobble together a salad for lunch or pick something up while we're out.

Hope everyone has a good day!

    Welcome to the thread @maddiemay

Hope your dad's hospital appt goes well @ruby_eskimo

I lost the plot yesterday and ate and drank way too many syns. I am most definitely an emotional eater!  Drawn a line and back on it today but annoyed at myself for wasting another week faffing about.

    Today's food:
B - bran flakes (HEB), f/f Greek yoghurt, raspberries
L - roll 6 syns, smoked ham, salad, Kvarg 0.5 syns with strawberries
D - Aldi rosemary and red onion sausages, chips, beans, mushrooms and tomatoes

It seems to have been a bit of a weekend for overindulging but it's behind us now, a new week, line drawn and back to the plan!😊

I'm curious @cherry_22 . Are the rubbish snacks freely available in your workplace or do you self sabotage by buying them?  🤔 I know nothing is actually banned on SW but I find it safer to just not buy things I know I can't trust myself to keep away from. I've definitely cut back on the amount of cheese I have in the house, generally only grated in the freezer and  Parmesan as I can't cut chunks off that! Crisps I try to just have on holidays.

I think sausages are one of those grey areas on SP @joedenise, like the flavoured yogurts. They're synned but you can't use them as syns.🤣  I really don't think it matters whether you've been 100% on SP, you've still cut down considerably on carbs this week. I do hope you manage a loss. It might be because of the SP experiment but equally could be just weeks of being good catching up. Not sure what happens if you can't get to WI though? 🤔

I do hope you found some SW friendly food either at your parents home or at the hospital @ruby_eskimo. Our local hospital has a M&S food place so maybe they do suitable salads. Enjoy your egg and chips @Coxy11.😋

Last day on plan properly for me as we're off tomorrow after breakfast until Friday evening. There will be buffet breakfasts in our hotel so I can choose wisely from those but no idea about other meals, probably pub food mainly. I'm not worrying about it. I just want to enjoy any syns and then will get back on plan when I get home.

    Today's EE plan-
B- HEB toast, fried eggs and bacon (P), HEA milk for drinks
    L- cold meat (P), bubble & squeak (F,S), beetroot (S)
D- baked salmon (P), SW chips, peas (F), mushrooms, tomatoes, broccoli, spicy cauliflower (S)
    Syns- 0
