Well done on the loss @bubbs.  I STS this morning. A wee bit disappointed but hopefully it will show next week.

Hope WI was fine @Coxy11 and your dad had a good day Bubbs.

On plan so far today and having steak, chips with onions, mushrooms and roasted tomatoes.  A couple of gins planned too.

That's exactly the right attitude @Jellybaby. STS just means you haven't lost YET. 👍

Well done for staying on plan and not letting the disappointment derail you. It always surprises me when people think that nothing is synned on WI days. 🤣 I used to know someone who always went to the chippy on the way back from WW!

Football was excellent today, well worth the half Crunchie! ❤️⚽
  • I try to think of STS as practicing the hard bit, as that's what we have to do once we get to target.

    Meal plan today

    B: baked Blueberry oats 1syn
L: bowl of speed fruit and plain yoghurt
D: veggie packed egg fried rice and curry sauce 2 syns

Snacks: apple and skinny crunch 3syns

Expect I'll have a hot chocolate later so another 3 syns

Hello and good morning, may I join you?
Last Tuesday evening, completely without any pre-planning I walked into my local SW group, bit of a surprise at how full on it all was as I had not had the need to belong to a group for 20+ years, any way I have all the kit issued, a target weight and a fridge and freezer choc food that will be vey high syn and cannot be wasted.  Not worried by this as I only have a small amount to loose and in no hurry as long as there is some progress.

No idea if my attitude fits in with the ethos and targets of the consultant, but I am sure it will work out when I get my head around all the points, categories to be recorded. I have been reading back and "know" a few people from other threads, namely maman, beanie and Valm from a while back.

Morning all, looking to be a nice day now after a bit of rain this morning.  I'm taking a chance and washing the bedding - it's only been waiting nearly a week!  It'll be time to change the bed again soon!

Well done on your 0.5lb loss @bubbs.  Glad you enjoyed your Chinese and those other syns.  It might even give you a bit of a boost to your weight loss after being low syn for so long.  I suspect your body was actually thinking it was in starvation mode with not having a lot of the "naughty" stuff!  Good luck for the coming week.

Another EE today and then I'll go back to SP for a couple of days before WI:

    B - fry up with sausage and bacon - P; S; F; 1
    L - Niçoise salad - P; S; F (for vinaigrette)
D - roast beef, roast potatoes and veg, spring greens, peas - P; S; F

    HEA - milk
    HEB - none planned
Syns - LF sausage 1; probably a couple of G&Ts 6 and a couple of Skinny Whip Minis 3

    Have a good day everyone.

  • Welcome @maddiemay

Beautiful day here today, sorry I volunteered to cook lunch now! But will hopefully get out for a walk whilst the sun is shining this afternoon if my Mum leaves in time...

    Plan for today:

B: speed fruit, ff yoghurt, 1 skinny crunch 1/2 hex b
L: Roast chicken, carrots, cabbage, sprouts, cauliflower and broccoli, roast pots and gravy. All syn free - maybe a small bit of crumble but trying to be good to secure that 5st tomorrow.
D: something light as struggle to eat much after a cooked lunch.

Daughter bought me my favourite Ferrero Rocher for mothers day, so will allow myself one or two across today - hoping she eats them instead.
