Morning all, it's a dry day so far and forecast to stay that way until tonight but we'll see!
Snow looks pretty @Abbafan1972 in a garden but can be horrendous on the roads if you need or walk or drive on it particularly the day it's started to thaw and then frozen overnight. So glad we didn't get that amount of snow. We had a few snow flurries but nothing settled.
Our bedroom in finally painted so DH has decided he's going to give the carpet a good clean (I would rather just dump it and get a new one to be honest!) and then hopefully we'll be able to get the bed back in there and filled and be able to sleep in there again in a few days!
Hope you enjoyed your meal out last night @maman and enjoyed your wine syns! I was good and didn't have any alcohol yesterday! Probably will tonight though.
Today's plan:
B - fry up - P; S; F; 1
L - pulled pork roll - HEB; P; S; F
D - crumbed chicken provencal and roasted veg - HEA2; P; S; F; 3
HEA1 - milk
HEA2 - cheese
HEB - WM roll
Syns - LF sausage 1; 15g panko breadcrumbs 3; 2 G&Ts 6
Have a good day everyone.

Morning all
Well and truly !!!!!! off!! 1lb on AGAIN out of target AGAIN i just wish i knew what was going on, i had a chat with consultant and said i feel like having a blow out, she said do it 😂 because i bet it won't be half as bad as you think.
Abbafan we had snow like that too, where abouts in the country are you?
Yes Denise Mum couldn't go hospital one day as she might have slipped/fallenShe went yesterday dad shouty again and it upset her my sister said, so she thinks he has another water infection so they are testing him again.
I am going tomorrow not today.

@bubbs - it really doesn't make sense why you keep having gains. Why don't you have one of your picky teas again? You always seemed to lose when you were having that every week! Definitely have a blow out this week just to shake your body up a bit!
The carpet's been cleaned and it's come up well (much better than I expected but probably because it was a good quality carpet!) and it's dry. The bed has been rebuilt and the bladder is now being filled! Been filling for an hour and it's got about 2" of water in it! Long way to go yet!
Will be at least 2 if not 3 days before it's warm enough for us to sleep in unfortunately! Really fed up with the spare bed now - it's so hard compared with the water bed!
Definitely sounds like your dad has got another infection - it's really common in older people. He's probably not getting enough water to drink, either that or he won't drink it.

Aw Bubbs, sorry about the gain, it’s totally baffling. Try the blow out maybe reboot your metabolism??I lost 2.5 this morning, not expecting as much so maybe I need to drink Prosecco every week 😜😜
No snow here yet but forecast later tonight and tomorrow. Hate driving in it , hopefully not come to much.
Banana and coffee at group, salad roll (and still no cake 🥳) at mum’s after shopping and dinner tonight is homemade meatballs in tomato sauce with spaghetti and Parmesan. Might have a couple of gins.0 -
Unfortunately we are on a meter@bubbs. I’ve just made a one off payment of £50 and hopefully that will be enough so there isn’t an increase in the monthly payment.
Great loss @Jellybaby! Enjoy the gin if you decide to have some.

That's a great loss @Jellybaby! 👏👏👏 It's been a good week for you and 2.5lbs closer to your target. 👍
I remember pizza and spring rolls were on the menu for picky tea @bubbs. What do you think disagreed with your DH? 🤔 I agree with @joedenise and your consultant that a bit of a blow out might help shake things up, especially more syns. How many do you have in a week on average? 🤔
We had a fantastic meal last night. Ironically, my starter reminded me of one of @bubbs' breakfasts!

Apoligies but I couldn't post under the picture. 🤔
Obviously, some breadcrumbs on the eggs and underneath but a reasonable choice. Then I had tortellini stuffed with porcini mushrooms but in a creamy sauce. Incredibly filling. I finished off with Earl Grey but DH managed a tiramisu! 🤣
Today I'm reasonably back on plan but I have made cheese sauce without weighing the cheese. 😉
Today's EE plan -
B- HEB porridge, HEA1 milk, berries (S), banana (F)
L- ham, egg (P), home fries type hash (F, S), beetroot (S)
D- gammon slices (P), roast potato cubes (F), cauliflower and broccoli cheese (S, HEA2+), mushrooms and tomatoes (S)
Syns - cornflour 1, weekend wine 😊0
