Evening everyone. Hope you’re all well.WI tonight was a maintain, which I am ok with. Not many people came to group because of the weather and only a few people stayed to group. Image therapy was interesting, as I did learn something regarding bread and that you can have roberts digestion boost as a HEB. Was annoyed though that when I talking in image therapy, other members carried on chatting and I had a job being heard. I spoke to the consultant when the session was over, I know it’s not her fault but I said how rude they all were. She said she would say something next week. The consultant does do a great job and is there to help. She thanked me for my support. It gets annoying and she said that mouth almighty from the other week is the worst one (she had weighed and gone though).I am not sure if I can pre order a jacket potato from the cafe to be honest, but my plan is to take something in if I can.Speak to you all tomorrow. xxStriving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £26,322.670

Glad you're pleased with the STS @Abbafan1972. 😊
Fortunately, my consultant is good at managing the group so she waits (pointedly) for chatter to stop to make sure everyone is heard.
So sorry to hear that your niece and partner have Covid @bubbs. Is that from the same hospital as your dad?🤔
Thoroughly enjoyed the play. It was the Maltese Falcon but (deliberately) hammed up to make it a comedy. Enjoyed the wine syns too. 😁0 -
Well done on STS @Abbafan1972 my consultant is also good at managing group and every so often reminds everyone if we don't listen to each other we might miss useful help and tips.
Good you had a very enjoyable evening out @maman
Hope your niece and partner are OK @bubbs and symptoms are mild and pass quickly.
It's now official, I will be retiring early and will finish work at Christmas 😁 now just to work out how many work days I actually have left! Also another incentive to get to target so I don't need to pay haha
Some prosecco syns were consumed last night to celebrate but think I've plenty in the bank to cover.
Today's food:
B - toast (HEB), jam (2 syns)
L - baked potato with l/over chilli and salad bits
D - chicken stir fry with noodles, sweet chilli sauce (2 syns)
Have a good day everyone.0 -
Morning all, it's horrible and wet here. It hasn't stopped raining all morning.
I think I must be very lucky with my group as people don't tend to chatter once the consultant starts talking. My old group the consultant quite often had to say "stay with me ladies!" and it always seemed to work. I think it's very disrespectful of people to chat when others are talking.
Do hope your niece and partner aren't too ill with Covid @bubbs and recover quickly. Not good timing at all.
Congratulations on your forthcoming retirement @Jellybaby. Definitely a good incentive to reach target before then so you don't have to pay any more! Glad you enjoyed your Prosecco syns last night!
Today's plan:
B - overnight oats - HEB; S; F
L - carrot and lentil soup; slice bread - P; S; F; 3.5
D - fish and pasta bake - P; S; F; 3.5
HEA - milk
HEB - oats
Syns - bread 3.5; 1/2 pack cheese sauce mix 3.5.
Have a good day everyone.

Many congratulations @Jellybaby! In your defence, prosecco is a good SW choice! 👍🏼
Good luck with becoming a target member before retirement. It'll be interesting to see the maths of how much you need to lose before Christmas. You've got an excellent reason to aim for it!
I've done my meal plan and shop today. Although it won't be a typical week, it does mean I have all the right things in to stay on plan when I can. Then we're away a week on Tuesday for 4 days so I need to think about eating up all fresh stuff.
Today I've had a SW breakfast (bacon, eggs, toast) and lunch (JP with veggie chilli and salad). Tonight I'm going to indulge myself at my favourite Italian restaurant. Lots of syns will be involved I'm sure but what matters is that I enjoy them. DD2 is calling round tomorrow but just for coffee in the morning so should be able to stay mostly on plan.0 -
