    1.5lbs off for me today, would have been better had I not had sweets for lunch yesterday. Need to stop rushing and take time to eat properly and be better prepared when unexpected things turn up. 

    Would love to lose 2lb this coming week, will see me with my 5st award, aiming for that and a new stone bracket for the end of March

    DH working 7-6 so late teas this week 🙄

    I had ham and melon

    2 slices ham, was hungry

    cheesey garlic mushrooms on a bed of salad

    hot chicken salad for tea

    and i made some strawberry tarts, for pudding, 1 syn and half hexa for 2
