Morning all,
Good to see you @TakeItEazy – I’m sorry things are tough for you. Fingers crossed you can get an appointment with the surgery soon x
Boo to the gain @Jellybaby ☹ I hope you and I have a better week x
Hope not too many goodies from the parents today @cherry_22. My mum always brings things to me that she knows I can’t eat – almost like it’s a test !!
Yes very pesky 0.5lb @bubbs! And OMG to 84 through the door. We had those vouchers too and 2 members had them ready one their phone, 1 didn’t mention it and despite being on a CD and taking her recipe book it asked her to pay. She claimed ignorance and I was so flustered – consultant is going to text her to get the voucher code. Another member was on the last week of her CD and said I’ll buy the voucher next week, when regular consultant had already shelled out for it so she should've paid for it. Just wish I hadn’t been on my own – it would’ve run better. Not like we had any new members – the relief consultant just chatted to members in the line and had 2 people on weigh and one (me) on pay. I didn’t even get a drink!
Glad your DDad was more his usual self @bubbs – moaning, love it!
Today we are going to Brighton to see DD. We have booked a pub which does good roasts but also has other things. There’s a quinoa and sweet potato dish which is the lowest calories at 584. Roasts all coming in at 1100+ I know it’s not about the calories but I do pay attention to them if they’re listed on the menu.
Food will be:
B – mushrooms, spinach, poached egg, 1 x WM toast – S, P, ½ HEB
L – out out!
D – 2 x satsumas, hi fi bar – S, ½ HEB
HEA – milk
Syns - ??
Have a good day all

Afternoon all, where has the morning gone! I don't seem to have stopped but not done much other than sort out DH's big socket, screwdriver & spanner set! He picked it up and the box sprung open so everything fell out - what a mess but it's all done now so hopefully it will stay shut in future. He's been clearing up his work room (used to be the garage!) as it's a right mess so plenty of stuff binned and loads for the charity shop and to give to a neighbour who does boot fairs.
Glad to hear your dad was more himself @bubbs. Boo to the 0.5lb gain - agree with @maman that you should still cut back the Pepsi Max. I'm sure you'll shift that this week.
Sorry that things aren't going well at the moment @TakingItEasy and that you can get an appointment soon.
Enjoy your day in Brighton @Coxy11 and your meal out.
Today's plan:
B - fry up - P; S; F; 1
L - tuna mayo and cucumber sandwich - HEB; P; S; 2
D - beef in gravy (from freezer), roast potatoes and vegetables; green beans and peas - P; S; F; 1
HEA - milk
HEB - bread
Syns - LF sausage 2; Light mayo 2; gravy 1 (probably not that much as it's only what's attached to the meat!)
Have a good day everyone.

Hope you are enjoying your new furry friend @beanielou. 😊
Your groups are huge @bubbs and @Coxy11. Do you think that it's popular/convenient on a Saturday morning? 🤔 You certainly could have done with more help on pay in. My consultant does 4 groups on a Thursday so numbers are lower especially in the daytime.
I've been on a good walk this afternoon, got 10K+ steps in so pleased with that bit of Body Magic. 👍
Today's EE plan -
B- HEB toast, bacon and egg (P), HEA milk for drinks
L- JP (F), cottage cheese, ham (P), tomatoes, spring onions and pickles (S)
D- HB steaks (P, S ), SW roast potatoes (F), many vegetables (S)
Syns - weekend wine 😁0 -
Evening all
Thanks about Dad x
Yes i will still have water in the day and pepsi in the evening.
Maman the group i used to go when i started on a Thursday had about 65/70 and that was 4pm! She has this group and another one after on a Saturday and did say to me she might have to close the early one to new members and steer them to the 2nd group as another 6 new people yesterday were joining. I was still processing people and she had to start IT as it was already late , you are supposed to get all members through in half hr but with all the problems yesterday and sheer amount of people was impossible!
The group i went to Friday had about 60 odd people, all the sessions for that consultant are busy expect the 2nd session on a Friday.
Beanie, welcome to Col Mustard

That's an amazing number of SW members in your consultant's groups @bubbs. Groups (or rather sessions) I've been to around here tend to be around 20 but there are masses of them. I could go to a number of groups almost any time of the day, every day of the week except Sunday. They're all within about 3 miles of home. Perhaps too many people have been persuaded to become consultants! 🤣
We're having your Yorkshires tonight. I've made 12 from 4.5 syns of flour. We'll probably eat 6 and freeze the rest for another day. 😁0
