@Coxy11 - you may find that your consultant expects you to weigh if you attend. When I was at my previous group where I was on the ST and didn't always WI but after a while got told that if I attended then I was expected to weigh so actually took myself off the ST as didn't feel it was fair when I didn't actually need to!

Coxy~~I would call target at the weight you are in a couple of weeks but before your DH birthday celebrations.
REmember how good you looked in that dress recently.
Remeber that you can still go 3 lb under & stay in target bubble.
If you are on ST the consultant may let you reduce your target by less than the 7lb it should be if you should change your mind.

Been MIA a bit this week. Mum wasn’t too good so been staying with parents overnight then coming home to work during the day as their Wi-Fi is very patchy. Feeling very tired and expecting a gain this week. Don’t think I’ll get away with STS again!Even with an expected gain, I’m feeling quite determined to get back on plan and eat well. My parents eat very differently to me and as they get older it’s getting worse. Cakes and snacks seem to be replacing fruit and veg! I’m also determined to look after myself better.
Hope all not feeling well or with unwell relatives feel better soon.
Apologies if I’ve missed anything, have still to read back.0 -

Good to hear your. DH is going with you to have his hair and eyebrows done in the morning @bubbs. New man! 🤔😁
It's been a hard week for you @Jellybaby but you're using it to get yourself back to good habits. 👍
I just coated the chicken in spices tonight. Was OK but ;not as KFC.☹️
Absolutely no eggs in Aldi today. I got the last 2 packs in Sainsburys. Apparently its about bird flu.. 😍

Morning everyone.
I'm sitting here with my first cuppa tea of the day wondering what went wrong?
Yesterday I just gave up and ate about 30 syns "extra" of chocolate.
I've had a cold all week which caused lack of sleep, headaches and a sore throat but I'm back on track this morning and will try to keep my syns low for the next few days ( I'm really annoyed with myself)

Morning all, another grey and miserable day here and still very cold. Going to go and pick up my friend's dogs shortly as we're looking after them for the day while she's out and they're not used to be left on their own for more than a couple of hours at a time. Will probably leave it another hour.
@Hundredsandthousands - draw the line and back on plan. Try using the weekly syn bank this week and just rein it in as best you can. With a bit of luck you will manage a STS! I suspect the cause is something to do with the lack of sleep and not feeling well.
Won't get much done today with having the dogs so I'll just get on and post my menu for today"
B - fry up with sausage and bacon (1 of each!) - P; S; F; 1
L - seafood salad - P; S; F
D - pork schnitzel, fried up tinned potatoes, roasted veg - P; S; F; half HEB
HEA1- milk
HEA2 - Primula Light (if I have Ryvita later)
HEB - bread and probably have a couple of Ryvita later
Have a good day everyone.
