((Hugs)) @Toni'sfriend take care of yourself, and keep us updated on progress.Glad the funeral went well @grandmanerd, and that you found a nice place to stay.I am up to NSD #14 now (I think) though today was a spend day as I did the weekly shop.It was really icy again this morning, but it has actually thawed today, for the first time for over a week. Hopefully it will be a bit warmer at work tomorrow!9

@Toni'sfriend sending hugs, glad it's been caught early and I wish you all the best for your treatment.Today I was on training all day but it was actually quite good, and was nice to see people in my team (well, most of them!).Managed pilates first thing and a walk at lunchtime, I also got a free coffee from a shop near work which was an added bonus.
Edit: no longer a NSD, I ordered a ticket for a walking tour, something to do on an upcoming day off.NSD's - 14Healthy food days - 15Workouts this week - 110 -

I’m sorry to hear that @Toni’sfriend. It’s a shock getting that news. My best advice is to not g00gle for answers… listen only to the doctors. xNST 🐢 & MF before 40 🤸9
