Hi turtles,

Just got back from a lovely tea out.  I decided at the beginning of the year to do something different on 23rd of each month.  I have money left in the grocery pot due to stocks left from Christmas and money in my fuel pot as worked from home all last week so, knowing I’m going to be earning more from next month I used this rare left over £££ to treat us for tea.  Made a lovely change for a Monday and it made a nice change for my DH not to have to foot the bill.

So not an NSD today, stuck at 8/15.

A bit low and lethargic recently, so I'll pop in with my gratitudes.

Grateful today for a quiet day wfh, for OH making dinner, and for time to catch up with turtles' updates.

Did YWA & some more Norwegian practice. Work was a bit if a struggle, pupil not in a good frame of mind, but managed a laugh or 3 with my friend at break time. 

On returning home, I decided to bite the bullet & fill in the online firms to renew mine & DH's passports, & apply for one for DS3. Got a little stressed trying to find my out of date one, then the relevant paperwork, but got there in the end. Hope they are sorted now before our trip!! 🤞🤞🤞 Not a NSD, as paid for the passports.

Messaged DS1, he's looking forward to coming home now. Asked a friend if she could collect him from the airport, as she doesn't work on s Wednesday, then she can drop him at his car. Can't wait to have him home again 😊

Put a new zip in a coat. Feeling tired now, so will save Sarah Lancashire's programme until tomorrow night. Have an aching bit down one side of my stomach, so have had some stomach ease tea, & going to head for an early night.

Grateful for starting the passports process, friends to help & make me laugh, a night out to look forward to on Friday

I have been at work today and did 3 sun salutations, made food. that was my best me.

Still on NSD 11, but the cupboards are full of food and the car is full of diesel. 
Typical manic Monday, but it was improved by me actually thinking about food last night and having a ridiculously quick cold dinner planned. 
Packed lunches for tomorrow made and ready to go, so no plans to spend any money tomorrow. 
Also managed a 30 minute walk before picking DD up from a club, and 20 minutes at lunchtime, so plenty of steps today.

I'd have to sacrifice my current bedroom to make space. Reducing to a one bedroom house (once I've moved DS3 and Beloved on) is not great.

Morning turtles 

Yesterday was NSD 4. We have more than enough food to keep us going. Meditation and writing done, and did my two exercise classes  (circuits at lunch and then aerial after work) this was the first week for a while I’ve actually felt like going and managed not to complain to myself about it (think this is the first week I’ve felt 100% well after the sproutmas lurgy tbh) two classes is a lot, especially for a Monday but the only day these classes works with my schedule, and I enjoy them once I’m there.

grateful for a huge hug from aerial teacher when she saw I’d returned to classes, for finding 2 amazing new pairs of trousers that fit me perfectly in the sales at the weekend (thinking about going back to buy a second pair of black ones) for homemade bread (oops)

Should be NSD 12 today.  We have a furry uninvited lodger and now two peanut butter baited 'holiday chalets' they need to book into.
