Given it has actually been repaid, I'd suggest phoning DWP and requesting an advance on Monday morning. Telephone is 0800 328 5644. If it shown on Monday morning online as being repaid, this can also be done online.0 -
telephone number taken from Universal Credit: Contact Universal Credit - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk) which lists Friday 23rd December as "open as usual" which is why I think Monday is in time, but as poppy above "not guaranteed they will agree to give it" - DWP should though advise the same day whether they will give it or not1

I have no idea how long. All she can do is ring to apply. The worst that can happen is they refuse.2

She will have to phone on Monday to find out if it's showing as repaid and whether they'll give her another one.1
