It's Friday evening and just over 1 week until Christmas. Those that advise here do so freely in their own time so please have some patience. She can apply but being accepted for another is not guaranteed.4

Unlikely IMO.Alice Holt Forest situated some 4 miles south of Farnham forms the most northerly gateway to the South Downs National Park.0

Alice_Holt said:Unlikely IMO.not sure I agree - given a decision on eligibility is usually on the same day (source: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/universal-credit-advances) and where an advance is requested that meets this criteria: "if you are in financial hardship while you wait for your first payment, for example, if you can’t afford to pay your rent or buy food" it should be pre-Christmas. But one to submit as fast as possible: the word "usually" is not a guarantee0

It's unlikely to be an advance payment for a new claim because OP mentions they've paid off their existing advance payment.

As UC is already in payment, your quote does not apply to the circumstances the OP has described.

obviously it isn't the first payment: the quote shows the criteria used for faster advance payment0

the part highlighted in bold"if you are in financial hardship while you wait for your first payment, for example, if you can’t afford to pay your rent or buy food" it should be pre-Christmas. But one to submit as fast as possible: the word "usually" is not a guarantee0

Page not found for the link you posted. For a budgeting advance (not a new claim advance) then this link applies. https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/benefits/universal-credit/on-universal-credit/budgeting-advance/
