1. Write a daily To Do list - only 3 tasks to include MMiM - do this before I go to bed
2. Commence ‘Operation Frog Tickling’ I have an acronym - I.R.I.S. being Identify, Research, Implement, Sign Off
3. Implement a new sleep/wake up regime - start going to bed earlier (target before 2:00 a.m.) get up earlier (target by 9:00 a.m.)
4. Deal with ‘Urgent’ daily mail immediately & the rest at the weekend
5. Don’t put it down, put it away
6. If I spot a mini task deal with it immediately e.g. refill olive oil pourer or salt cellar, stitch up a hole in a garment etc
7. Continue to keep kitchen clean & tidy - before going to bed
Finally back 😉 Spent several hours on digital cluttering whilst also clearing down programmes from TV planner. Not quite finished so I will continue tomorrow 😔 And yes, the vacuum cleaner is still staring at me balefully 😅
DH & I made an HF recipe: chicken & mushroom pie with mash & green beans. Wudupa. Sorted out the homegrown radishes that we harvested. Washed, sliced, 2 minutes in boiling water, 2 minutes in freezing water, patted dry & bagged up for freezer.

Fizz2015, 2 loads of washing is decluttering dirty laundry 😉 Pleased to hear that your duvet only went on a short flight 🤣
Yippee florianatwobob - a whole crate of stuff gone 👏
Thanks nannywindow - I think crossed fingers should be enough 😉 What a busy Saturday 👏 hope your Sunday is more restful 🤞 Sorry to hear that your DH is still unwell 😔 Nice of you to make a cuppa for Floss 😊 don’t forget the home made biscuits and/or cake 😉
roundtuit, I hope the Elvis pictures are pre Las Vegas years 😉😉 Hope you managed to get through the carrier bag of stuff from RoD2 🤞
Pennypincin, well done on noticing that clutter is trying to creep back in 👏 & good luck getting back on track with your decluttering 🍀
Liverpool_Anne, a very successful day & great decluttering of emails 👏 I understand completely how one task can lead to another & then getting distracted & going off at a tangent 😂 Great news that the breast screening results were fine 😊 Good luck with the book buying sites - every little helps 🍀 Sorry to hear that OH had such a bad reaction to his booster shot 😔 Very reassuring comment for Muddy_Walker 😊
Off to bed now, hope everyone has/is having a good night’s sleep 😊

Nodded off while cuddling Mr F this morning - didn't get up until 6.17. Mr F is keeping to same bed times as me.
Mr F is looking forward to Church this morning - he is not going in uniform this week as easier for him. He will use his stick to walk to and from Church.
Lovely day here.

daisy_1571 - he loves how the house looks - is still noticing what has gone. Talking to him - I am right about how much would have gone if we decluttered together.

Floss maybe a cake or special biscuit to go with the cuppa ? I know how DH felt after his treatment, it's very tiring especially if you have to drive there and back too.
MrsSD no rest for the wicked I'm afraid 😁 Dad was coming over for the day and has had his lunch and I now have a lemon meringue pie in the oven. He has decided to go to our local park to watch a dog show this afternoon, just to show his face apparently 😠 I'm not amused as I've already been on my feet doing a cooked dinner. He also wants us to look online for a new fridge freezer, plus he wants me to cut his hair 😕 I am not his slave so if he comes back too late he'll be out of luck for a hair cut ! He needs to get his priorities right, family comes first in my book. Sorry for the rant !!
Out today a 4pt milk carton and a plastic fruit punnet. And if you find my Dad in the bin I'll count that as 3 for today 😂

Sunday is mostly overcast with a chilly wind although the sun is trying to break through 🤞Not sure what our plans are today apart from me finishing electronic decluttering & clearing down a few more programmes from the TV planner🤞Van Der Valk is first whilst I catch up on the cheerleading 😉
Florenceem, I am loving your new morning routine - cuddling is a great way to start the day 😊Hopefully DH won’t get too tired walking to & from church 🤞
daisy_1571, good question 😊
Florenceem, that is great news that MrF loves how the house looks & is gradually noticing what has been decluttered 😊 Definitely sounds like you made the correct decision to declutter on your own 😉& ditto ~FlowerPot~’s comment 😊
Well said ~FlowerPot~ 👏
Excellent decluttering roundtuit 👏
nannywindow, perhaps a nice cream tea for Floss 😊 Sorry to hear that your Sunday isn’t going to be a restful one 😔 Not really a rant nannywindow just a ‘small release of frustration’ re your Dad 😅Although I will say I think it is rather unreasonable of him to expect so much 🙄 Maybe just a chair by the bin - as your Dad might be a bit too big to fit in 😂
Lovely supportive post daisy_1571 😊
Now I am going to settle down & try to finish my electronic decluttering 🤞
