@vulpix - What a wonderful garden!
Had our Friends of the Library meeting today. Celebrated roommate's birthday there as she is also on the board and also had two of the library assistants come and talk about a new program for this year. They are starting a special program to help local families connect with food sources during the summer months when the children aren't in school getting school meals and at the same time they are turning part of our garden area that the Friends helped pay for into a vegetable-small fruit garden to show families what can be done at home (a space about 10' by 45 '). Will even have a greenhouse there. Exciting plans for this summer. Our group helps pay for these programs.
I made a birthday card for Di which will also double as my final project for this quarter's Publisher class (to create a greeting card). Finished another one of the classes already - took both tests this morning.
Then I started clearing out files on the computer - deleted over 550 items in our download file - oh my.
Plus two full trash bins went out today.
We are still having May Gray weather here. Even expecting drizzles later this week. It was drizzling the morning of our book sale last Friday but stopped just before we started taking the book racks outside. Hope the weather starts to improve soon or people on their vacations are going to wonder about whether they are really in Southern California.
I did turn off the heating here last week as it did come on several times and I don't think we really need it.
Hope everyone has a good week.

Up later than usual - feel lacking in energy.
Will phone Mr F later - he seems to have got the hang of the mobile but tends not to keep it by his mouth so I can't quite hear what he is saying.
I think I will work on the garage first today - it is almost finished and I think a completed area will encourage me - been at this intensive decluttering for nearly 6 weeks now. I was laying in bed thinking about how much more there is to do in the house.
I have a builder coming tomorrow afternoon to look at the work I want done in the front garden. I told him that I have Covid and will stay in the porch while he estimates the job.
I didn't get the form filled in yesterday - will attempt it today. Mr F's bank phoned yesterday and said that they are sending me a form to fill in.
I found a lot of what I think must be defunct stuff in the office - floppy disc bits - by the dust on them - they have been in situ a long time so not used.Decluttering Achieved - 2023 - 10,364 Decluttering - 2024 - 8,365 August - 0/45

morning Floreceem ~ sorry that the coviditis is still making itself known. i was hoping when you wrote "i was lying in bed thinking" i had hoped you were going to say 'about how much i have done' you have worked your socks off over the last 6 weeks. i do hope you can also reflect on your acheievements too, as well as the work yet to be done. (( hugs ))
