Mrs SD and Vulpix, the wardrobe was picked up , however, the lady came on her own and a little older than me so I didn't ask but at least it has gone. 2 items sold and posted, (one from mine and one from dad's).  Listing things on free and f+bay,  popped in some CS and bought nothing!

Opened jury summons at my dad's - we had filled in the  gov't tell us once form, and he would have been 100 so well over jury age!

Lovely bright morning so did some chores, had my CBT appointment - liked the Therapist.   Had an unplanned nap early afternoon followed by a walk up Town.  Timed it badly weather wise so most of the walk was in the drizzle but it did me good.

Hi! Lovely evening - SD came over with her hubby and we had burritos and yapped, put the worlds to rights and fussed the dogs. The dogs are on a strict regime now of absolutely no human leftovers and toys put away at a certain time…..much calmer.

Cats - I have been owned by various cats over the years but my last one was a ginger female who was part feral, hated everyone and adored me, would steal cheese and onion crisps, pizza and ice cream. She would also regularly beat up my dogs and next doors and had a battered shifty looking tabby as a boyfriend 🤣🤣🤣🤣 she was done btw. Sadly she was attacked by 2 Staffies who killed her at age 14 and it broke my heart. She was one of a kind and I’m sure she would have ruled dog 2 and the world is a much quieter place without her ❤️

cats are real characters who just don’t care about most humans or other creatures but when they show you affection you feel like you can walk on water 😊

Hi all, well I wandered around the house and put a few things away, looked at the kitchen for a few minutes while waiting for the kettle to boil and walked away . OH is planning on making lemon possit tomorrow so I have left as much as I can bare to see what gets cleared before the next mess arrives I packed away another cube from the front room unit and then sat to watch the footy on the tv. Text conversation with my nephew . Very strange day with all the ramifications of the beeb suspending Gary Linaker and some of the comments on the media have been very interesting. I spent the rest of the day alternating between deleting emails, watching tv and reading. I did dose off for about half an hour after tea but I am cream crackered now and hope to fall asleep quickly. I have caught up but my brain isn't working tonight so I will just say love the cat chat, I miss my lovely cat but OH is allergic so while she was loved and tolerated she was not replaced when she died aged 19. Hugs to all who would like one   So

Morning all

Pleased to say weight loss at 6 lbs in total and this week I have lost 2 cm off my waist.  Decluttered money on DGCs as we went to a different shopping centre and I had promised DGS4 trainers as I bought his sister some a couple of weeks ago.  He still has croup but seems to slowly be getting better.  Goes with the asthma I think.  Eye test this week but hoping I don't need new glasses.  Snow has mostly gone.

394 Large bundle of waste cables etc which have been piled up in garden recycled by DS2 for £34

394-6 Planted pots of potatoes, carrots and spinach
397 Weeded, sprayed some weeds on patios and paths, binned some old plants from last year.
398 Quick early whizz round house identified 10 items to put away in their proper places

@gettingthrifty my cat 🐱 is exactly the same, following me ,stretching up my leg to pick him up, trying to sit on my knee before I have even managed to sit down. I say he’s more like a dog than cat.
I love the cat carer,how lovely.

Well done @grannykate. That is excellent progress on weight loss. I have downloaded the better health app and weighed and measured myself today so ready to start losing.
