Lovefilm DVD rental customers: rate your experience

Im getting increasingly fed up at titles that are not available. It seems they have had a disagreement with a distributor ?universal and now cant get certain titles from them, means I need to go to blockbusters to get titles I want to see, this argument seems to have gone on for nearly a year so no end in site. someone with forum name of lovefilcs or something like that posted on this site on another thread but never answered my question about when this dispute is likly to be resolved

Am well mad about the Universal dispute myself. It's £3 a time to rent from my library, on top of my subscription!

Lovefilm don't have the send it voucher anymore :mad: but have given me a choice of credit, a lovefilm voucher or amazon evoucher. Opting for amazon but no news yet on when i will receive it.

Long-Term Lovefilm user, my turnover for discs is normally 3 days.

Send discs back monday lunchtime, normally new discs arrive on the Wednesday or Thursday. The Universal dispute is annoying but it's universal whom are losing out on my money as I normally watch a film/tv show and if I like it a lot I normally buy the DVD.

Does anyone have any idea how long they take to pay up via Quidco? am still waiting yet signed up and paid for the trial on July 17th. I emailed Quidco who just gave the automated "it could take up to 120days...." spcheel. Annoyingly not going to look into anything until then.

Just wondering what is the best package to get with tesco dvd rental? I rented from them in the past but it took 4 days for disc to arrive at least from date of posting the previous disc.

OMG, grief trying to end after trial period. Couldnt understand people who dont talk good english. trial period ends on 14th feb rang up today to cancel, one film been despatched today (out of my free trial) so will only recieve on monday, and they will charge me £2.99! all because i wont be able to get the disc back to them before 14th feb, cos i will only receive it on 14th feb.

Absolutely love them.

Simple to use and any problems they normally sort them out within 2 days (once received a scratched one and they sent a replacement)

We normally wait 3-4 days to receive the next one after sending it back.
