Good evening 🌔
Yesterday was day 1 post meds and felt very odd and flat. Didn't do much all day - but got myself out for an evening walk at 7pm so was pleased with that. Today a bit better though super sleepy. Met my ex for a coffee as he always cheers me up and we went for a walk for some fresh air. Was freezing cold mind! 🥶
Today I am grateful for:
1) Supportive friends
2) Local amenities on my doorstep
3) My cosy little apartment
Yesterday was a spend day. Today = NSD number 8

Completion didn't happen. Solicitor was hoping it could go through tomorrow but her secretary brought in an email from the buyer's solicitor and now they're suggesting January 10th. So tired and fed up. However we still went to mum's and loaded my brother's car with all the things that are too big for me to bring home on the bus. Never mind, will refocus tomorrow and work out what I can be getting on with - looks like my much needed new kitchen won't be possible until the middle of next year.
Grateful for getting things done (as long as I can keep it all under control until it's needed), for having a clean floor even if my room looks like a rather strange jumble sale, lovely healthy lunch.11 -

Evening turtles,Quick check in today, the snow melted enough for me to get out to the main road, so I was able to drive to visit my parents' house to visit for a couple of days. I took it very easy, the motorways were clear but the temperatures were still really low.I've spent on the Dartford Crossing, buying flowers for my mum as it's her birthday, and some milk.9

(Had a lovely hot stone massage after work, but it's being paid from my self employment earnings, so not counting it!)
Very icy today, despite temps not going below 0°C. Supposed to hang around until midday Thurs, so better make sure I get organised quickly in the mornings to defrost the car!
Did exercises, received a message from a woman wanting to buy something on a local selling page, that I'd posted in October. Good it's out of the way & extra pennies 😃
Work went fine (when do you break up @apple_muncher? Were the 21st), had massage, then I've spent the evening writing cards.
Sorry to hear the sale is delayed @grandmanerd.
Grateful for getting about on foot & by car without slipping, a heavenly massage, pupil linking arms with me at break time as we walked alongUse it up, wear it out
Make do or do without!
If you see someone without a smile, give them one of yours 😃

I got caught up in Christmas annoyance last evening and forgot to post.
I had a lovely weekend, and I am grateful for that coming into this week. It's likely to be intense before I go off for my Christmas break next Thursday (whoop!). Bought 1 present so not have a NSD yesterday.
Other gratitudes: appreciating that I really don't NEED anything, hot water bottle s my absolute favorite possession right now, closely followed by my leopard print fleece dressing gown, rewatching Waterloo road.
I only had the quickest of walks around the block yesterday, so need to get out for longer today in the daylight. No commuting this week because of the train strikes.

Good morning,
Finally managed to get a great sleep and get up up early enough for some me time.
Today I'm grateful for: My boss checking I was ok yesterday (difficult students), my attempt at yoga this morning not resulting in injury, DH sorting tea last night.
