December 2022: The Turtles do the Cha Cha Cha

This year has had some downs (namely cancer and the resulting treatment) but we all had a lovely week away in Cornwall during the Summer, attended graduation ceremonies for DD and DS1 (both delayed due to Covid), DS2 had a fab set of GCSE results and enrolled into VIth form, I got a new (to me) car, the boys' bathroom finally got remodelled, DH lost and regained his job in the space of less than a week and DD got a great promotion at work. Plus lots of meals out, lots of watching the swans and ducks on the canal, and time with good friends.

It's been a year of ups & downs, including ill health & awful weather so not able to do all we'd planned outside, but our biggest reasons to celebrate were DS2 turning 18 & DH's new kidney.
