This one is a bit wasted on us. I mean I may have been able to set dishwasher to come on at about 5am but I don't think the washer or dryer have a timer. . .and I'm not sure I'm that bothered, the sun has been out the last couple of days, the clothes line has been used so we have been actually saving energy instead of gaming the system.
Still I'll hold off until 10am before I start lashing the mugs of tae into me!0 -
I think @Mstty is in prison - he was making a Frankenstein's monster last time which is why he used so much power and it has escaped and is forcing people who don't want smart meters to have them installed. Or something like that. May sound a bit far fetched but it will keep the smart meter conspiracy theorists entertained for a bit....

Lol @Alnat1 @mmmmikey
Apparently my MPAN was not eligible for this save session either a gap in data or signed up with another company.
Strange as all half hourly data is there and unless Eon Next have signed me up without my approval no idea.
Sobbing was eyeing up a £20 payback.....actually not we are away so it fell right.0 -
Another £9.51 - quite a challenging time for me as 05:00 to 08:00 are usually my peak hours and 09:00 to10:00 one of the quietest. A worthwhile amouny anyway

I have messaged eon next on twitter and changed my settings in the eon next profile.to.daily not half hourly readings so they shouldn't try that again.2 -
Quite miffed actually. I live 10 minutes away from work, and start work at 10am. I normally take a shower just after 9am.
I decided to take my shower on Sunday evening, so (wrongly) assumed that I should save around 1 kWh, so around £2.50. I turned everything off before 9am, Just leaving F/F, fishtank, alarm and CCTV running.
Dismayed to see I only saved 125Wh, so a 31p saving. Thanks for taking part in our Turn Down and Save event on Monday 30th January. We've crunched the numbers and are delighted to say you hit your reduction target!Over the course of the event you reduced your use by 125Wh and earned 31p. Well done! Read how we calculate your energy savings during Turn Down and Save events here.

Is this still a thing?
I was with OVO who never told me anything about it, and 2-3 days ago I registered with loop but haven't heard anything about it either0 -

You should receive an email the day before the next event (whenever the next event is). Loop will also need to be able to get access to your readings before the event.
